洪丽，中国传媒大学教授，传播学博士。中国传媒大学金砖国家研究中心负责人。 研究领域：国际新闻与跨文化传播、中国传统文化对外传播。专著有《公共广播的执照费收入研究》，译著有《影响力的互动》，编著有《英语语音与播音教程》、《国学经典选读（中英文）》。主持过国家级特色专业建设点项目，并参与多项省部级科研项目。2019年主讲的《中国传统文化：翻译与传播》被评为“北京市优质示范课程”，同年获得校级重点项目：《中国哲学思想与新时代中国道路》国际课程的建设与实践。
