Welcome to the MIT STLx Series.

欢迎参加李德义麻省理工学院实验室系列课程学习。

MIT STLx  MOOCs aim to propagate the idea of socially responsible real estate entrepreneurship. The courses are designed for undergraduate and graduate students as well as industry professionals to learn the methods, practice, finance, and theory of real estate entrepreneurship as well as factors of environmental change, population growth, and urbanization in regard to preserving the welfare of those impacted by real estate projects. MIT STLx MOOCs will be available in Chinese through our strategic partnership with XuetangX in China. 

李德义麻省理工学院实验室系列网络课程，旨在宣扬具有社会责任感的房地产创业理念。本课程设计可供本科生、研究生及行业专业人士学习地产企业的方法、实践、融资和理论，同时了解环境变化、人口增长、城市化等相关因素，以保护受房地产项目影响人群的福祉。通过我们与学堂在线的战略合作，学员可在中国参与李德义麻省理工学院实验室系列网络课程学习。

The Samuel Tak Lee MIT Real Estate Entrepreneurship Lab (STL Lab) was founded in January 2015 through a generous grant from alumnus Samuel Tak Lee (’62, ’64). Housed jointly in the Department  of Urban Studies and Planning (DUSP) and the Center for Real Estate (CRE) within the MIT School of Architecture + Planning (SA+P), the STL Lab brings together researchers and professionals from the fields of architecture, planning, and real estate to create and disseminate tools for a new generation of socially responsible entrepreneurs and academics.

李德义麻省理工学院地产创业实验室（STL实验室）成立于2015年1月，由1962及1964届校友李德义慷慨资助。STL实验室与麻省理工学院建筑与规划学院（SA+P）下属的城市研究与规划系（DUSP）和房地产中心（CRE）强强联手，汇集来自建筑、规划、房地产等领域的研究人员和专业人士，为富有社会责任感的新一代企业家和学者创造并传专业播工具。
