这节课要学习的内容是前肢骨
前肢骨包括肩胛骨
肱骨 前臂骨和前脚骨
其中前臂骨包括桡骨和尺骨
前脚骨包括腕骨
掌骨 指骨和籽骨
其中指骨又分系骨
冠骨和蹄骨
下面让我们来看一下实物标本
这是马的肩胛骨
为三角形扁骨
外侧面有一纵形隆起
称肩胛冈
马的肩胛冈发达
其中部较粗大
称为冈结节
牛 兔的肩胛冈远端有突出的肩峰
猪的肩甲冈特别发达且弯向后方
肩峰不明显
肩胛冈前方为冈上窝
后方为冈下窝
供肌肉附着
我们把肩胛骨转过来看
它的内侧面
这是马肩胛骨的内侧面
肩胛骨内侧面的上部为
粗形的锯肌面
中下部凹窝
叫肩胛下窝
肩胛骨的上缘附有肩胛软骨
远端较粗大
有一圆形浅窝叫肩臼
肩臼的前方突出 称为肩胛结节
这是肩胛骨的内侧面
肩胛骨经常被艺人用作道具来使用
我们来看看肱骨
这是马的肱骨
肱骨又称臂骨
为管状长骨
可分为骨干和两个骨端
近端后部为球状关节面 称为肱骨头
前部内侧是小结节
和外侧的大结节
两结节之间有肱二头肌沟
骨干呈不规则的圆柱状
上方有臂肌沟
在骨干外侧上部有三角肌粗隆
内侧中部有卵圆形的大圆肌粗隆
肱骨的远端有内外侧髁
马的三角肌粗隆发达
而牛 羊 猪则不太发达
但大结节粗大
这是肱骨的结构
这是马的前臂骨
包括桡骨和尺骨
桡骨在前内侧
尺骨在后外侧
在马 牛和羊
桡骨发达
尺骨明显退化
仅近端发达
尺骨近端突出的部位称为肘突
在猪 犬 兔和鼠等动物
尺骨比桡骨长
两骨之间有较大的前臂间隙
这是前臂骨的结构特点
这是马的前脚骨
它包括腕骨 掌骨
和籽骨
这就是腕骨
它位于前臂骨与掌骨之间
为小的短骨
排成上下两列
近端的腕骨有四枚
最外侧的为副腕骨
这就是副腕骨
临床上常用于腕关节定位
但犬仅有三枚
远列有四枚
但不同动物之间有显著差异
掌骨
为长骨
近端接腕骨 远端接指骨
由内到外分别为
第一 第二 第三 第四和第五掌骨
如肉食动物
但不同家畜掌骨形态各异
这是马的掌骨
犬的掌骨有五个
猪的有第三和第四掌骨
第二和第五掌骨很小
第一掌骨缺失
反刍动物的第三 第四掌骨的
近端和中部愈合成大掌骨
远端分离
与近端指骨成关节
第五掌骨变小
为小掌骨
第一和第二掌骨缺失
马只有第三掌骨完全发育
形成单蹄
也就是奇蹄类
第二和第四掌骨退化为小掌骨
第一 第二掌骨缺失
指骨 我们先来看一下指骨的实物标本
这是马的指骨标本
一般每一指的指骨从上向下顺次为系骨
冠骨和蹄骨
系骨也称为近指节骨
冠骨也称为中指节骨
而蹄骨则称为远指节骨
这是蹄骨的标本结构特点
一般来说牛羊有四指
第三 第四指发育完全
每指有三节
第二 第五指仅有两节
包括系骨和蹄骨
又称悬蹄
马只有第三指
猪有四指
第三 第四指发达
第二第五指小
犬 猫 兔和鼠有五指
但第一指仅含两指节
前肢骨还包含有籽骨
一般每个指有三枚籽骨
包括近籽骨二枚和远籽骨一枚
