今天我们要介绍的内容是全身骨连结
全身骨的连结包括有头骨连接
头骨连结多为纤维连结
只有下颌关节是可动连结
它由下颌骨的关节突
和颞骨颧突腹侧关节面构成
可进行开口
闭口和侧运动
躯干骨的连结
包括脊柱连结和胸廓连结
其中的脊柱连结包括有
椎体间连结
相邻椎体间借助韧带和纤维软骨盘
也就是椎间盘相连
椎间盘增生就是该纤维软骨增生
可压迫周围神经
引起疼痛等症状
脊柱连结还包括有椎弓间连结
寰枕关节和寰枢关节
其中椎弓间连结包括
关节突和棘突间连结
相邻的关节突或棘突借助短的韧带
和关节囊相连
寰枕关节
可伸屈和侧转运动
寰枢关节
可左右转动头部
在椎弓间连结中还包含有棘上韧带
横突间韧带和棘间韧带
其中颈部和胸前部的棘上韧带
特别强大而富有弹性
主要由弹性纤维构成
呈黄色
称为项韧带
并分为左右两侧部
每一侧又分索状部和板状部
牛和马的项韧带很发达
牛项韧带板状的部后部为单层
猪的项韧带不发达
犬的项韧带只有索状部
胸廓连结
包括肋椎关节和肋胸关节
肋椎关节是指
肋骨小头与胸椎椎体上肋窝之间的关节
肋骨结节与胸椎横突间形成的关节
肋椎关节的运动可使
肋前后移动产生呼吸运动
前部的关节活动性小
后部的活动范围大
肋胸关节
是由真肋的肋软骨
与胸骨两侧的关节窝形成的关节
前肢骨的连结
前肢的肩胛骨与躯干骨之间为肌肉连结
不形成骨连结
前肢各骨之间自上而下依次形成肩关节
肘关节
腕关节和指关节
首先我们来看一下肩关节
肩关节是由肱骨头和肩胛骨的关节盂
也就是肩臼成关节
属于多轴单关节
关节没有侧副韧带
关节囊薄而疏松
因此肩关节的活动性大
但在家畜 由于受内
外侧肌肉的限制
肩关节屈
伸运动的范围较大
而内收和外展运动的活动性较小
肘关节由肱骨远端的肱骨滑车
与桡骨头窝和尺骨近端滑车切迹构成
两侧分别有外侧副韧带和内侧副韧带加强
将关节牢固连结与固定
故只能作伸 屈运动
腕关节属于单轴复关节
关节角位于后方
包括桡腕关节
腕间关节和腕掌关节
腕关节的内外侧有
长的侧副韧带
由于关节面的形状
关节囊掌侧的特殊结构和韧带的限制
所以腕关节仅能向掌侧屈曲
指关节包括掌指关节
也就是系关节
近指节间关节也就是冠关节
和远指节间关节也就是蹄关节
它们均为单轴关节
家畜的指关节在正常站立时
呈背屈状态或过度伸展状态
而后肢骨的连结
主要包括有荐髂关节
髋关节
膝关节
跗关节和趾关节
后肢各关节与前肢各关节相对应
除了趾或者指关节外
各关节角方向相反
这种结构特点
有利于家畜站立时姿势保持稳定
除了髋关节外
各关节均有侧副韧带
因此均为单轴关节
主要进行屈伸运动
我们首先来看下一荐髂关节
荐髂关节由荐骨翼
和髂骨翼的耳状关节面构成
彼此连结紧密
并有短而强的荐髂腹侧韧带
和荐髂骨间韧带加固
因此
荐髂关节几乎不能活动
主要起连接后肢和躯干的作用
髋关节是由髋臼
和股骨头构成的多轴关节
关节角在前方
关节囊坚韧致密
髋臼的周缘附有关节盂
以增加髋臼的深度
在髋臼切迹处有髋臼横韧带
在髋臼与股骨头凹之间有
短而强的圆韧带
又称股骨头韧带
髋关节能进行屈伸运动
并伴有轻徽的内收
外展和旋转运动
膝关节包括股胫关节
和股髌关节的单轴复关节
是家畜体最大
最复杂的关节
关节角在后方
可作屈伸运动
我们先看一下股髌关节
股髌关节是由髌骨的关节面
与股骨远端前部滑车关节面构成
股髌关节主要的韧带有
髌直韧带和内外侧副韧带
髌直韧带有三条
但犬的只有一条
股髌关节的运动
主要是髌骨在股骨滑车上滑动
通过改变股四头肌作用力
而伸展膝关节
股胫关节由股骨远端后部的
内外侧髁与胫骨近端的
内外侧髁构成
其间有两个半月状的软骨板
分别称内侧和
外侧半月板
既缓冲压力
又吸收震荡
起弹性垫的作用
股胫关节的运动主要是屈伸运动
在屈曲时可进行小范围的旋转运动
跗关节 又称飞节
由小腿骨远端
跗骨和跖骨近端构成的单轴复关节
包括小腿跗关节
跗间近和远关节
跗跖关节
关节角在前方
趾关节包括系关节
冠关节和蹄关节
系关节又称跖趾关节
冠关节就是指近趾节间关节
而蹄关节也是指远趾节间关节
趾关节的构造与前肢指关节相似
