今天要讲的内容是全身肌肉
家畜体全身的肌肉包含有皮肌
头部肌
躯干肌
前肢肌和后肢肌
我们首先来看一下皮肌
皮肌是分布于浅筋膜内的薄板状肌
大部分与皮肤深层紧密连接
遍布覆盖于全身
主要分布于面部
颈部
肩臂部和胸腹部
分别称为面皮肌
额皮肌
颈皮肌
肩臂皮肌和胸腹皮肌
和躯干皮肌
犬的躯干皮肌非常发达
几乎覆盖整个胸腹部
牛羊缺乏颈皮肌
马则没有额皮肌
皮肌收缩时可使皮肤颤动
以驱赶蚊虫和身上的灰尘
头部肌
头部肌分为面部肌
咀嚼肌和舌骨肌
面部肌主要位于口和鼻腔周围
有鼻唇提肌
上唇固有提肌
犬齿肌
下唇降肌
口轮匝肌和颊肌
咀嚼肌包括有闭口肌
如咬肌 翼肌和颞肌
以及开口肌如枕颌肌和二腹肌
舌骨肌主要包含有下颌舌骨肌
和茎舌骨肌
躯干肌包含有脊柱肌
颈腹侧肌
胸廓肌和腹壁肌
首先来看一下脊柱肌
脊柱肌是指支配脊柱活动的肌肉
分为脊柱背侧肌群和脊柱腹侧肌群
其中脊柱背侧肌群很发达
位于脊柱的背外侧
而脊柱腹侧肌群则不发达
仅位于颈和腰部脊柱的腹侧
脊柱背侧肌群主要有
背腰最长肌为全身最长的肌肉
呈三棱形
位于胸腰椎棘突与横突
和肋骨椎骨头形成的夹角内
由许多肌束结合而成
表面覆盖一层强厚的腱膜
它起于髂骨嵴 荐骨
腰椎和后位胸椎棘突
止于腰椎
胸椎和最后颈椎的横突及肋骨外侧面
两侧同时收缩时可伸腰背
另外还有伸颈
侧偏脊柱和有助于呼吸的作用
髂肋肌由一束束斜向的肌束组成
位于背最长肌的腹外侧
可向后牵引肋骨
协助呼吸
它与背腰最长肌之间形成髂肋肌沟
沟内有针灸的穴位
夹肌 它位于颈侧部皮下
在鬐甲
项韧带索状部与颈椎和头部之间
呈三角形
其后部被斜方肌以及颈下锯肌覆盖
两侧同时收缩可抬头颈
单侧收缩可偏头颈
头半棘肌又称为复肌
位于夹肌与项韧带板状部之间
作用同夹肌
颈多裂肌被头半棘肌覆盖
位于后6个颈椎椎弓背侧
有伸 偏头颈的作用
脊柱腹侧肌群不发达
仅位在于颈 腰部
颈部有斜角肌
头长肌和颈长肌
腰部主要有腰大肌
腰方肌和腰小肌
它们位于椎体的腹侧
颈腹侧肌
包含有胸头肌
位于颈下部的外侧
起自胸骨柄
止于下颌骨后缘
呈长带状
它与臂头肌之间形成颈静脉沟
沟内有颈静脉
胸骨甲状舌骨肌位于气管的腹侧
扁平带状
起自胸骨柄
向前分为两支
外侧支止于喉的甲状软骨
称为胸骨甲状肌
内侧支止于舌骨
称为胸骨舌骨肌
作用为向后牵引舌和喉
以助吞咽
肩胛舌骨肌呈薄带状
起于肩胛下筋膜
止于舌骨体
它位于颈侧
胸头肌的深面
在颈前部
于颈总动脉和颈静脉之间穿过
形成颈静脉沟的沟底
作用同胸骨甲状舌骨肌
胸廓肌位于胸侧壁和胸腔后壁
参与呼吸
可分为吸气肌和呼气肌
吸气肌除了膈以外
均位于胸侧壁
肌纤维斜向后下方
收缩时肋骨前移
使胸腔横径增大
造成吸气动作
其中 肋间外肌位于相邻两肋骨间隙内
起自肋骨后缘
斜向后下方止于后一肋骨的前缘
其作用是向前外方牵引肋骨
扩大胸腔
引起吸气
前背侧锯肌位于胸壁前上部
背最长肌的表面
由几片薄肌组成
可向前牵引肋骨
以助吸气
膈
膈是一个圆拱形凸向胸腔的板状肌
构成胸腔和腹腔间的分界
其周围由肌纤维组成
称肉质缘
中央是强韧的肌腱
称中心腱
肉质缘分别附着于前4枚腰椎腹侧面
肋弓内侧面和剑状软骨的背侧面
在腰椎附着部
膈的肉质缘形成左右膈脚
两脚间裂孔供主动脉通过
称主动脉裂孔
在膈上还有分别供食管
和后腔静脉通过的食管裂孔
和后腔静脉裂孔
膈的收缩和舒张改变了胸腔的大小
从而导致呼吸
因此 膈是重要的呼吸肌
呼气肌的肌纤维斜向前下方
可向后牵引肋骨
使胸腔横径减小
造成呼气动作
呼气肌包括有后背侧锯肌 为薄肌
位于胸腔后下部
背腰最长肌的表面
作用是向后牵引肋骨
协助呼气
肋间内肌位于肋间外肌深面
起于肋骨和肋软骨的前缘
肌纤维方向自后上向前下
止于前一根肋骨的后缘
作用为牵引肋骨向后并拢
协助呼气
