今天要讲的内容是全身肌肉
腹壁肌构成腹侧壁和腹底壁
由四层肌纤维方向不同的板状肌构成
其表面覆盖有腹壁筋膜
左右两侧腹壁肌在腹壁正中线上
以腱质相连
形成腹白线
在牛和马等草食动物
腹壁肌外包有深筋膜
含有大量的弹性纤维
呈黄色
称为腹黄膜
但犬的腹壁肌没有腹黄膜
腹壁肌可以加强腹壁的强韧性
其深部的腹壁肌自浅至深分别有
腹外斜肌 腹内斜肌
腹直肌和腹横肌
腹壁肌各层肌纤维走向不同
彼此重叠
再加上腹黄膜
形成了柔韧的腹膜
对腹腔内器官
起着重要的支持和保护作用
腹壁收缩时
可增大腹压
有利于呼气
排粪和分娩等活动
腹股沟管位于腹底壁后部
耻前腱两侧
是腹内斜肌与腹股沟韧带之间
形成的斜行裂隙
管的内口通腹腔
称腹环
由腹内斜肌的后缘及腹股沟韧带围成
外口通皮下
称为皮下环
是腹外斜肌腱膜上的一个裂孔
公畜的腹股沟管明显
是胎儿时期睾丸
从腹腔下降到阴囊的通道
内有精索 总鞘膜
提睾肌和脉管
神经等通过
如生后腹股沟管腹环未缩小或者扩大时
小肠可进入管内
形成腹股沟疝
在给马去势时
也要注意防止小肠从腹股沟管脱出
母畜的腹股沟管仅供脉管神经通过
前肢的肌肉
前肢的肌肉按部位可分为肩带肌
肩部肌
臂部肌
前臂部肌和前脚部肌
肩带肌是指连接前肢和躯干的肌肉
多数为板状肌
一般起于躯干
止于肩部和臂部
主要包括有斜方肌
菱形肌
背阔肌
臂头肌
胸肌和腹侧锯肌
牛 羊 猪和犬还有肩胛横突肌
我们首先来看一下斜方肌
斜方肌为三角形薄板状肌
位于肩颈上部浅层
分颈胸两部
起于项韧带索状部和前十个胸椎棘突
止于肩胛冈
有提举
摆动和固定肩胛骨的作用
菱形肌位于斜方肌深面
牛和马的可分为颈胸两部
颈菱形肌狭长
起于项韧带索状部
纤维多纵行
止于肩胛骨前上角内侧
胸菱形肌呈四边形
起于前数个胸椎棘突
止于肩胛骨后上角内侧
具有提举肩胛骨和伸头颈的作用
如前肢不动
还可伸头颈
背阔肌呈三角形
位于胸侧壁
肌纤维由后上方斜向前下方
部分被躯干皮肌和臂三头肌覆盖
其作用为向后上方牵引肱骨
屈肩关节
牵引躯干向前
在牛还可协助吸气
臂头肌位于颈侧部浅层
长带状
起始于枕嵴
寰椎和第2到4颈椎横突
止于肱骨外侧三角肌结节
它形成颈静脉沟的上界
其作用为牵引前肢向前
伸肩关节
那我们接着来看看肩胛横突肌
马没有肩胛横突肌
其他动物有肩胛横突肌
肩胛横突肌的前部位于臂头肌深面
后部位于颈斜方肌与臂头肌之间
起于寰椎翼
止于肩峰筋膜
有牵引前肢向前
侧偏头颈的作用
胸肌位于前臂内侧与胸骨之间
分为胸前浅肌
胸后浅肌
胸前深肌和胸后深肌
有内收前肢的作用
当前肢向前踏地时
可牵引躯干向前
腹侧锯肌位于颈 胸部的外侧面
为一宽大的扇形肌
下缘呈锯齿状
可分颈 胸两部
止于肩胛骨内侧上部锯肌面
和肩胛软骨内侧
其作用为举颈
提举和悬吊躯干
并能协助呼吸
前肢的第二部分是肩部肌
肩部肌分布于肩胛骨的内侧与外侧面
起于肩胛骨
止于肱骨
跨越肩关节
可伸屈肩关节和内收外展前肢
可分为外侧组和内侧组
肩部肌的外侧组有冈上肌
位于肩胛骨的冈上窝内
其作用为伸展或固定肩关节
冈下肌位于肩胛骨冈下窝内
可外展臂部和固定肩关节
三角肌位于冈下肌的外面
可屈肩关节
小圆肌较小
呈短索状或楔状
位于三角肌肩胛部的深面
肩部肌的内侧组有
肩胛下肌
肩胛下肌位于肩胛骨内侧面
可固定肩关节或内收肱骨
大圆肌呈长梭形
位于肩胛下肌后方
起于肩胛骨后角
止于肱骨内侧圆肌结节
具有屈肩关节和内收肱骨的作用
喙臂肌呈扁而小的梭形
位于肩关节和肱骨的内侧上部
起于肩胛骨的喙突
止于肱骨内侧面
具有内收和屈曲肩关节的作用
