口腔中另外一个重要的器官 齿
齿是体内最坚硬的器官
嵌于上下颌骨的齿槽内
呈弓形排列
分别称为上齿弓和下齿弓
一般说来上齿弓较下齿弓宽
我们看一下齿的齿式
齿按形态 位置和机能
可分为切齿 犬齿和臼齿三种
齿在家畜出生后 会逐个长出
除臼齿外其余的齿到一定年龄时
按一定顺序更换一次
更换前的齿为乳齿
更换后的齿为永久齿
或者称为恒齿
乳齿一般较小
颜色较白
但是它磨损也较快
恒齿相对较大而坚硬
在实践中
常常根据齿出生
和更换的时间次序
来估测动物的年龄
齿的发育 生长 磨损 更换和脱落
与动物的年龄有密切的关系
也可以根据它的磨面的形态结构
来判断动物年龄
如下切齿中各恒切齿出现的时间
表面的形状 釉质环出现与否
是否有齿星等
均可作为判断年龄的依据

切齿它是位于齿弓前部
与唇相对
但是需要注意的是
牛羊无上切齿
它的下切齿每侧有四对
从内向外分别为门齿 内中间齿
外中间齿和边齿
或者叫龋齿
猪 马 犬 猫上下切齿各有三对
每侧切齿由内向外
依次称为门齿 中间齿和龋齿
兔的上切齿有两对
下切齿是有一对的
犬齿尖而锐
在切齿和前臼齿之间
约与口角相对
牛 羊和兔子无犬齿
猪 公马 犬 猫
上下犬齿各有一对
犬的犬齿尤其发达
齿尖而锋利
第三种齿是臼齿
它位于齿弓的后部
与颊相对故又称为颊齿
臼齿可分为前臼齿和后臼齿
牛 马上下颌各有前臼齿三对
猪上下颌各有四对前臼齿
马 牛 羊和猪的后臼齿均为三对
犬的第四上臼齿是上颌中
最大的切碎食物的齿
也叫做肉食齿
或者扇形齿或者剪齿
第一下臼齿是下颌齿中最大的
也叫做下颌弓的裂齿或食肉齿
适于切碎食物

中间有一条横线
它的上部代表的是上颌齿
下部代表的是下颌齿
在上颌齿上有切齿 犬齿
前臼齿 后臼齿
在横线的下方是下颌齿
也标注有切齿 犬齿
前臼齿和后臼齿
那么在每一个牙齿的后面
括号里会有它的数目

齿的形态 构造
每个齿可分为 齿冠
齿颈和齿根三部分
齿根为埋于齿槽的部分
切齿的齿根只有一个
前臼齿和后臼齿会有二到六个
齿颈略细
被齿龈所覆盖
齿冠为齿龈外面突出于口腔的部分
齿由齿质 釉质和黏合质构成
齿质是组成齿的主体
略呈黄色
含钙盐大概百分之七十
到百分之八十
釉质在齿质的外面包于齿冠
为体内最坚硬的组织
呈乳白色
黏合质又称齿骨质
包于短冠齿的齿根
或长冠齿的整个齿的外面
结构似骨组织
齿内有齿腔
开口于齿根末端的齿根间孔
齿腔内有
胚胎性结缔组织构成的齿髓
富含血管和神经
与齿的新陈代谢有关
齿可根据齿冠的长短
分为短冠齿和长冠齿
牛的切齿就属于短冠齿
齿冠呈不对称的铲形
唇面隆突
舌面平或略凹
唇面与舌面会形成锐利的游离缘
齿颈很明显
齿根较细呈圆锥形或角锥形
随年龄增长
所有的切齿均出现磨损
磨损后的咀嚼面在外周
会形成一圈釉质
中央为齿质
当磨损达齿腔时
又出现颜色较深的次生齿质
称为齿星
齿星初为圆形
逐渐会变为方形
臼齿它属于长冠齿
齿颈不明显
齿冠较长
部分埋于齿槽中
它随着磨损而不断的生长 推出
齿根较短 形成也晚
在咀嚼面上有漏斗
又称齿坎或齿窝
长冠齿的黏合质
被包被整个齿的表面
并深入齿坎内
磨损后咀嚼面上出现齿星
马的切齿和臼齿为长冠齿
猪上切齿较小
均为短冠齿
下切齿较大
齿龈为被覆齿槽缘
和齿颈上的黏膜
是口腔黏膜的延续
齿龈无黏膜下组织
与齿根的骨膜是紧密相连的
齿龈随着齿会深入齿槽内
移行齿槽骨膜
齿龈神经分布少但血管多
因此常呈淡淡的红色
犬类的口腔内的牙齿和牙龈
经常出现牙周病和齿龈炎
它们是牙周膜及其
周围组织的一种急性或慢性炎症
当病情严重时
可见齿槽骨被吸收
牙齿松动和齿龈萎缩等
