今天讲述的是马的肠道结构
消化系统的组成
包括消化管和消化腺两部分
其中消化管为食物通过的一系列的管道
包括口腔 咽 食管 胃
小肠 大肠和肛门
肠管起自胃的幽门
终止于肛门
根据管径可分为小肠和大肠
小肠又分为十二指肠 空肠 回肠
它是食物进行消化吸收的主要部位
大肠分为盲肠 结肠和直肠
主要功能是消化纤维素 吸收水分
形成和排出粪便等
首先观察马的小肠部分
它可分为三段
第一段是十二指肠
其主要特点是系膜短 肠管平直
因此位置比较固定
它在起始部形成乙状弯曲
在右肾后下方绕过空肠系膜根
转到左肾下方连接空肠
十二指肠与小结肠起始部之间
有短的浆膜褶相连
该浆膜褶称为十二指肠小结肠韧带
该韧带可作为十二指肠
与空肠的分界标志
第二段为空肠
是小肠中最长的一段
空肠系膜长 盘曲多
在腹腔内活动范围也大
空肠主要位于
腹腔左髂部上三分之一处
一部分可达后腹部
与小结肠混在一起
空肠它有发达的空肠系膜
集中固定于第一 二腰椎下方
称空肠系膜根
在空肠系膜根里有动脉 静脉
神经和淋巴管等
空肠后接回肠
马的回肠较短
肠管平直 管壁较厚
回肠凸入盲肠的开口称回盲口
回肠与盲肠底之间有回盲韧带
习惯上将回盲韧带附着于
小肠的部分肠段算作回肠
回肠向后与大肠相结
马的大肠也分为三段
第一段是盲肠 特别发达
外形呈一个大大的逗点状
盲肠后缘隆凸称大弯
前缘凹陷称小弯
回肠的入口和盲肠的出口
都在小弯这个位置
分别称为回盲口和盲接口
盲肠上部膨大 钝圆
称为盲肠底
下部称盲肠尖
中部那就是盲肠体
在盲肠上有四条由外纵肌层
集中所形成的纵带
由于纵带的牵引使盲肠壁
形成许多囊状肠袋
盲肠尖向前直达剑状软骨后方
盲肠底紧贴右腹壁
在盲肠体和盲肠底的腹侧
借着韧带与右下大结肠相连
叫做盲肠大结肠韧带
因此仅仅是盲肠尖的部分是游离的
盲肠向后接结肠
马的结肠非常发达
可分为大结肠和小结肠
尤其是大结肠特别发达
它在腹腔内的自然形状
呈一个双层盘曲的马蹄状
占据整个腹腔的下半部分
按照它的走向
可分成四个部分和三个弯曲
简称四部三曲
我们来看一下
这几个四部三曲
首先从盲肠的小弯处开始
沿着右侧腹壁向前走
叫右下大结肠
继续向前并向左方弯曲
横过胸骨背侧的一段
叫做胸骨区
再沿左腹壁向后伸延至骨盆前口处
这一段叫作左下大结肠
后者向背上方折转形成骨盆区
骨盆区末段肠管变细
在左下大结肠的背侧向前伸延
肠管会逐渐加粗
直到其与左下大结肠相似
这一段称左上大结肠
后者向前延伸达于膈的后方
并向右方折转
位于胸骨区上方的一段肠管
就称为膈区
最后从膈区
向后沿右下大结肠的背侧延伸
称为右上大结肠
马有一个显著的特点
它的大肠非常发达
大肠包括盲肠 结肠和直肠
我们把它的大肠取出来
首先看它的盲肠
位于腹腔底壁上
呈一个巨大的逗点状
盲肠尖向前抵达胸骨的剑状软骨部
后接结肠
结肠分为四段三曲
呈一个双层的马蹄铁状
这四段三曲
首先我们看它的第一段
是右下大结肠
右下大结肠向前走
到达胸骨形成胸骨区
胸骨区折转向左形成左下大结肠
左下大结肠向后行走
进入骨盆
它向同侧背面折转
形成骨盆区
折转为左上大结肠
左上大结肠向前行走
形成膈区
折转到右侧
形成右上大结肠
这就是大结肠的四段三曲
大家可以看到大结肠肠壁上
有纵带和肠袋
其中右下和左下大结肠各有四条
而骨盆区和左上大结肠起始部
只有系膜附着缘的一条纵带
左上大结肠的其余部分
和右上大结肠各有三条纵带
右上大结肠向后骤然缩细
延续为小结肠
小结肠位于左髂部
与空肠混在一起
在肠管上它有两条纵带
肠袋也非常明显
小结肠与直肠之间没有明显的分界
一般是以骨盆前口为界
直肠位于盆腔顶壁的腹面
直肠前段肠管较细
外面有浆膜被覆
后部膨大称直肠壶腹
该段后部无浆膜被覆
形成无浆膜区
借疏松结缔组织和肌肉
连于盆腔背侧壁

这是一个马的整体的冻干标本
我们重点来看它的消化系统
消化系统包括口腔 咽 喉 食管
在颈部行走
进入胸腔
在胸腔内向后行走
穿过膈肌 进入腹腔
进入腹腔之后
很短即接胃
这就是腹腔中的胃
胃后接肠
有小肠和大肠
肠后接肛门
大家需要注意的是
马的结肠非常发达
除了消化管还有消化腺
这里我们能看到
在腹腔的最前端紧贴膈肌
有全身最大的消化腺 肝
在腹腔左侧面还能看到
紧贴于胃左侧的脾
