今天我们来学习动物解剖学的第六章内容
泌尿系统
泌尿系统包括肾
输尿管
膀胱和尿道
其中
肾是生成尿的器官
输尿管为输送尿至膀胱的管道
膀胱为暂时贮存尿液的器官
而尿道是排出尿液的管道
因此
输尿管
膀胱和尿道共同组成了尿路
他们具有贮存
输送和排尿的功能
动物体在新陈代谢过程中
产生的代谢产物
像尿素 尿酸
和多余的水分
均由血液带到肾
在肾内形成尿液
经排尿管道排出体外
肾除了排泄功能外
在维持机体水盐代谢
渗透压和酸碱平衡方面也起着重要作用
此外肾还具有内分泌功能
能产生多种生物活性物质 像肾素
前列腺素
对机体的某些生理功能起调节作用
我们来看两张图
第一张图片显示的是
母马的泌尿生殖系统
我们可以看到上方的肾
输尿管
下方的膀胱和尿道
第二张图是公马的泌尿生殖系统
包括有前端的肾
输尿管
膀胱和尿道
那么相对于母马的尿道
公马的尿道更长
首先我们来学习肾的结构
肾是一对实质性器官
左右各一
位于最后几个胸椎和前3个腰椎的腹侧
在腹主动脉和后腔静脉的两侧
对于营养状况良好的动物
在肾周围有一些脂肪包裹
称之为肾脂囊
或脂肪囊
肾的内侧缘中部凹陷
为肾门
是输尿管
血管
淋巴管和神经出入肾的地方
肾门深入肾内形成肾窦
是由肾实质围成的腔隙
以容纳肾盂和肾盏
肾的表面包有一层薄而坚韧的纤维膜
我们称之为纤维囊
也称为被膜
那么对于健康动物肾的纤维囊是非常容易剥离的
肾的实质由若干个肾叶组成
每个肾叶分为浅部的皮质和深部的髓质
皮质因富含血管
在新鲜标本呈红褐色
切面上有许多细小的颗粒状小体
我们称之为肾小体
髓质颜色相对较浅
在切面上可见许多纵行排列的条纹
它是由许多肾小管所构成
呈圆锥形的髓质部分称之为肾锥体
伸入相邻肾锥体之间的皮质
在肾的切面上称之为肾柱
肾锥体的末端形成肾乳头
乳头上有许多乳头孔
形成筛区
与肾盂或肾盏相对应
动物种类不同
肾叶的合并程度不同
由此可分出各种不同类型的肾
我们先看不同家畜肾的外表面
由表面光滑的
也有表面凹凸不平的
当把肾纵向切开
可以观察到有的呈单个肾叶
有的呈多个肾叶
根据肾表面的光滑程度和肾叶合并程度
动物的肾可分为光滑多乳头肾
光滑单乳头肾
有沟多乳头肾和复叶肾四种类型
我们首先来了解一下不同家畜肾的结构
牛肾
属有沟多乳头肾
肾叶中间部合并
肾表面有沟
在它的内部有分离的乳头
牛的右侧肾呈长椭圆形
上下稍扁
位于第12肋间隙至第2
和第3腰椎横突的腹侧
前端位于肝的肾压迹内
肾门位于肾腹侧面的前部
接近内侧缘
左肾呈三棱形
前端较小
后端大而钝圆
因其有较长的系膜
其位置是不固定的
当瘤胃充盈时
左肾横过体正中线到右侧
位于右肾的后下方
当瘤胃空虚时
左肾的一部分仍位于左侧
初生犊牛由于瘤胃不发达
左右肾位置接近于对称
那么这张图所显示的是新鲜标本的牛肾
外表面可见其表面凹凸不平
切开后肾乳头明显
牛肾的肾乳头孔流出的尿液
会汇入输尿管的起始部
在肾窦内形成前后两条集收管
每条集收管又分出许多分枝
分枝的末端膨大形成肾小盏
每个肾小盏包围一个肾乳头
那么对于牛肾它不会形成明显的肾盂
猪肾呈豆形
位于最后胸椎和前3个腰椎横突腹侧
它属于平滑多乳头肾
肾叶的皮质部完全合并
但肾乳头仍单独存在
每个肾乳头与一个肾小盏相对
肾小盏汇入两个肾大盏
最后汇成肾盂
与输尿管相接
