这节课我们要讲的内容是
中枢淋巴器官
淋巴器官是以淋巴组织为主
构成的实质性器官
根据发生和机能的特点
可分为中枢淋巴器官和外周淋巴器官
中枢淋巴器官又称初级淋巴器官
其特点是发育早 退化早
其原始的淋巴细胞来源于骨髓的干细胞
如胸腺 禽类的法氏囊
外周淋巴器官又称次级淋巴器官
特点是发育较迟 终生存在
由中枢淋巴器官迁移而来
如淋巴结 脾 扁桃体和血淋巴结
首先 我们来看一下中枢淋巴器官
胸腺位于胸腔前部纵隔内
及颈部气管两侧
呈红色或粉红色
单蹄类和肉食动物的胸腺
主要在胸腔内
猪和反刍动物的胸腺
除胸部外
颈部也很发达
可向前抵达喉部
是T淋巴细胞增殖分化的场所
胸腺的大小和结构随年龄有很大变化
在幼畜发达
到性成熟期最大
以后逐渐萎缩退化
到老龄时几乎被脂肪组织代替
腔上囊又称法氏囊
是鸟类所特有
位于泄殖腔背侧 椭圆形
是B淋巴细胞增殖分化的场所
哺乳动物没有腔上囊
而胚胎时期的肝和骨髓
有类似鸟类腔上囊的功能
