今天要讲的内容是植物性神经
所谓的植物性神经
是指分布到平滑肌 心肌
腺体的神经 故又称为内脏神经
植物性神经与躯体神经相比较
具有如下的特征
一 分布的部位不同
二 从中枢到效应器
所经过的神经元数目不同
三 有相对的自主性
四 交感神经和副交感神经的双重支配
下面我们来详细比较植物性神经
与躯体运动神经
在功能和形态结构上的差别
第一 是支配的对象不同
躯体神经是支配到骨骼肌和皮肤
而植物性神经主要是支配到
平滑肌 心肌和腺体
第二 神经传导通路上
神经元的数目不同
躯体运动神经的神经冲动
从中枢到效应器 只经过一个神经元传导
而植物性神经需要由两个神经元来传导
那么第一个神经元
我们把它称为节前神经元
其胞体位于脑干和脊髓灰质内
发出的节前神经纤维
伸延到植物性神经节中
与第二个神经元发生突触联系
第二个神经元我们称为节后神经元
其胞体位于植物性神经节中
发出节后神经纤维
分布于平滑肌 心肌和腺体
那么植物性神经节
可有分为三种类型
一是椎旁神经节 位于椎骨两侧
沿脊柱排列
如交感神经干上的神经节
第二椎下神经节 位于脊柱的下方
主动脉的腹侧
如肠系膜前神经节 肠系膜后神经节等
三 终末神经节
是位于内脏器官附近或器官壁内
如副交感神经的盆神经节和壁内神经节
三 受意识支配程度不同
躯体运动神经一般受意识支配
而植物性神经
在一定程度上不受意识的直接支配
有相对的自主性 故又称自主神经
植物性神经可分为
交感神经和副交感神经
分布于内脏器官的植物性神经
一般来说都是双重支配
既有交感神经又有副交感神经
但它们对同一种器官的作用是不相同的
例如交感神经使心跳加快 血压升高
而副交感神经则使心跳减慢 血压下降
以维持心脏的正常活动
交感神经和副交感神经的来源也不一样
第一 交感神经
起节前神经元胞体
位于第1胸椎到第3腰椎脊髓灰质外侧柱
而节后神经元胞体
位于椎神经节和椎下神经节
节前神经元发出的
节前神经纤维有3个去向
第一 是终止于本节段的椎神经节
第二 是沿交感干止于
前节段或者后节段的椎神经节
第三 止于椎下神经节
节后神经纤维则随脊神经分布
或直接支配内脏器官
交感神经干
是由两条椎神经节链所组成
位于脊柱的腹外侧 左右对称
交感神经干可分为颈部
胸部 腰部和荐尾部
颈部交感神经干与迷走神经并行
合称迷走交感干
并与颈总动脉一起包在结缔组织鞘内
颈部交感干上有颈前
颈中和颈后三个神经节
胸部交感神经干紧贴于胸椎椎体的外侧
每一节有一个胸神经节
第1 第2胸神经节参与组成星状神经节
由胸神经节发出的节后神经纤维
组成灰交通支返回胸神经
分布于胸壁的血管 平滑肌 腺体
另一些节后神经纤维形成小支
至主动脉 食管 气管和支气管
胸部交感神经干还发出
内脏大神经和内脏小神经
连于腹腔肠系膜前神经节
腰部交感神经干位于腰椎椎体的两侧
有2到5个腰神经节
发出节后神经纤维
经灰交通支返回腰神经
腰部交感神经干尚发出腰内脏神经
连于肠系膜后神经节
荐尾部交感神经干
沿荐骨骨盆面向后伸延并逐渐变细
前部的神经节较大
后部的较小
节后神经纤维经灰交通支
连于荐神经和尾神经
对于副交感神经 它包括有
头部副交感神经和荐部副交感神经
其中头部副交感神经是包括由动眼神经
颜面神经 舌咽神经和迷走神经
它们的节前神经元位于脑干
节后神经元在器官内或器官旁

副交感神经的另一部分
为荐部副交感神经
其节前神经元的胞体
位于荐部脊髓
第1到4节段的外侧柱内
节前神经纤维随第2到第4
荐神经的腹侧支出椎管
形成一到两条盆神经
盆神经沿骨盆侧壁向腹侧
延伸至直肠或阴道外侧
与来自肠系膜后神经节的
腹下神经一起构成盆神经丛
节前纤维在盆神经丛中的
盆神经节交换神经元
节后纤维分布于结肠末段
直肠 膀胱 前列腺和公畜阴茎
或母畜子宫和阴道
