下面我们学习甲状旁腺
甲状旁腺为一圆形
或椭圆形的黄褐色小腺体
位于甲状腺附近或埋于甲状腺实质内
腺细胞有主细胞和嗜酸性细胞
主细胞分泌甲状旁腺激素
主要功能是影响体内钙与磷的代谢
不同动物甲状旁腺也有不同
例如牛的
它有有内外两对
外甲状旁腺位于甲状腺前方
颈总动脉附近
内甲状旁腺较小
位于甲状腺的内侧面
靠近甲状腺的背侧缘或后缘
马的
它有前后两对
呈黄褐色
前甲状旁腺大多位于气管
和甲状腺前半部之间
少数位于位于甲状腺背侧缘
或甲状腺实质内
后甲状旁腺呈扁椭圆形
通常位于颈后部气管腹侧
左右颈静脉之间
两侧腺体不对称
猪的它只有一对
通常位于甲状腺前方
颈总动脉分叉附近
有胸腺时则埋于胸腺内
颜色深质地硬
犬猫兔等的甲状旁腺有两对小腺体
体积像一个小米粒状
位于甲状腺前端附近
或包于甲状腺内
