今天我们来学习动物解剖学
第十二章内容感觉器官
动物机体的各个器官和组织内
都存在着感觉神经末梢
当这些感觉神经末梢
受到内外环境的刺激后
可转变为神经冲动
经感觉神经而传入中枢
最后到达大脑皮质
从而产生相应的感觉
其中脑和脊髓的功能
是通过反射弧来实现的
而感受器是反射弧的重要组成部分
感受器是感觉神经末梢的特殊装置
它广泛分布于动物机体
各个器官和组织内
能接受体内外各种刺激
并将其转变为神经冲动
传到中枢神经
我们根据感受器所在的部位
和所受到的刺激来源
将感受器分为外感受器
内感受器和本体感受器三大类
外感受器
是接受外界环境刺激的感受器
像皮肤的痛觉 温觉 触压觉
以及像舌的味觉 鼻的嗅觉
以及接受光波和声波的感觉器官
例如像眼睛和耳朵
内感受器分布于内脏以及心血管等处
例如颈动脉窦和颈动脉体
能感受体内各种物理化学变化
如压力 渗透压 温度 离子浓度等
本体感受器一般分布于
像肌腱 关节和内耳
能接受运动器官
所处的状态和身体位置的刺激
本节内容我们主要介绍
视觉器官和位听器官
视觉器官又称眼
它由眼球和附属器官构成
能接受光的刺激
并经视神经传到中枢而产生视觉
眼球由眼球壁 内容物
血管和神经组成
其辅助结构包括有眼睑 结膜
泪器 眼外肌和眶骨膜
首先我们来学习眼球的结构
眼球是视觉器官的主要部分
位于眼眶内
它后端与视神经和脑相连
眼球近似于球形 前后稍扁
由眼球壁 眼球内容物
血管和神经组成
眼球的形状和大小在种属
和个体之间有相当大的差异
我们先来看看各种动物的眼睛
上方图片分别显示了
猫和犬的眼球
猫的瞳孔大小
会随着光线的强弱进行调节
当有一束强光照射到猫的眼球时
猫的瞳孔即呈现出一条竖线
而犬的瞳孔为圆形
当犬在夜间行走时
突然有一束亮光照射到犬
犬的眼睛立即会呈现出
绿色的金属光泽
那么其他动物会有这种现象吗
下面的图我们看到的是
牛和马的眼球
它们的瞳孔均呈现长条形
当夜晚强光照射到牛和马时
其眼球则会呈现蓝绿色的金属光泽
那么我们会提出疑问
难道动物的眼球会发光
带着这些问题
我们先来学习眼球壁的结构
眼球壁从外向内
由外层的纤维膜 中间的血管膜
和内层的视网膜三层构成
外层的纤维膜分为
眼球前部的角膜和后方的巩膜
中间的血管膜包括有
虹膜 睫状体和脉络膜
而最内层的视网膜
又分为视部和盲部
眼球壁最外层的纤维膜又叫白膜
它形成了眼球的外壳
由致密结缔组织构成厚而且坚韧
具有保护眼球内容物的作用
如果我们把眼球看成是一个球体
那么球体的前五分之一为角膜
后五分之四为巩膜
角膜为无色透明的物质
具有一定的折光性
角膜前面隆凸 后面凹陷
中部相对较薄而周缘较厚
嵌入到巩膜中
角膜主要由
平行排列的胶原纤维组成
呈板层状
角膜内无血管
其营养由角膜周围的血管供给
角膜分布有丰富的感觉神经末梢
因此感觉相对较灵敏
当角膜发生炎症时应及时治疗
否则会造成角膜混浊影响视力
巩膜由白色不透明
而坚韧的致密结缔组织构成
即由相互交织的胶原纤维束
构成致密网
其中散在分布有少量的弹性纤维
具有保护眼球和维持眼球形状的作用
巩膜前部与角膜相连接的部分
我们称为角膜巩膜缘
其深面有巩膜静脉窦
是眼房水流出的通道
有调节眼压的作用
如果眼房水不能顺利流出
眼压就会增加
动物就会变为青光眼
巩膜的后腹侧
视神经纤维穿出的部位
我们称之为巩膜筛板
我们来看一张眼球放大的图片
眼球壁最外层为纤维层
前五分之一我们把它称之为角膜
而后五分之四为巩膜
在角膜与巩膜交界处
形成了角膜巩膜缘
那么箭头所示的部位为巩膜静脉窦
那么我们再来看看
眼球壁的中间层血管膜
血管膜位于纤维层与视网膜之间
富有血管和色素细胞
具有输送营养
和吸收眼内分散光线的作用
并形成暗的环境
有利于视网膜对光色的感应
血管膜由后向前分为
脉络膜 睫状体和虹膜三部分
虹膜位于血管膜的前部
在晶状体之前呈圆盘状
虹膜颜色因色素细胞多少
和分布不同而有差异 一般为棕色
虹膜的周缘连于睫状体
其中央有一孔以透过光线
我们称之为瞳孔
猪的瞳孔为圆形
像牛和马的瞳孔为横的椭圆形
虹膜内分布有
色素细胞血管 肌肉和神经等
虹膜的色素细胞含有黑色素
以保护视网膜免受强光的刺激
色素细胞的数量和大小
决定了虹膜会呈现出不同的颜色
像我们日常中所接触的美瞳
其设计思路就来源于虹膜
如果虹膜基质中有丰富的胶原纤维
而缺乏色素细胞
则眼球呈蓝色或灰色
像猪和山羊的眼球
如果薄的胶原纤维网状结构中
富含有色素细胞
虹膜的颜色则呈为暗褐色
像牛和马的眼球
如果色素细胞非常少虹膜则呈黄色
像犬 猪 小型反刍动物的眼睛
就是这种黄色
那么像白化病动物眼球呈红色
是因为在血液供应的虹膜区内
完全缺乏色素细胞而造成的
虹膜肌有两种
一种是瞳孔括约肌
一种是瞳孔开大肌
在强弱不同的光照下
两种肌肉能缩小和开大瞳孔
以调节光进入眼球的多少
睫状体位于脉络膜和虹膜之间
是血管膜中部增厚部分
呈环带形围绕于晶状体周围
形成睫状环
睫状环可分为
内部的睫状突和外部的睫状肌
睫状突是睫状体内表面
许多呈放射状排列的皱褶
睫状突以睫状小带与晶状体相连
睫状肌由平滑肌构成
位于睫状体的外部
肌纤维起于角膜与巩膜连接处
向后止于睫状环
副交感神经兴奋引起睫状肌收缩
可向前先拉睫状突
而使晶状体变圆
眼睛聚焦在近距离的物体上
交感神经兴奋则引起睫状肌舒张
晶状体变扁
眼睛聚焦在远距离的物体上
脉络膜呈暗褐色
衬于巩膜的内面
在脉络膜的后面内部
视神经乳头上方
有呈青绿色
而带金属光泽的三角形区域
我们称之为照膜
它是由透明细胞组成的反射层
含有一定的锌和半胱氨酸
由于照膜区域的视网膜没有色素
所以反光较强
有加强对视网膜刺激的作用
有助于动物在暗光条件下
对于光的反应
除了猪以外所有动物都有照膜
动物的种属不同
其照膜的颜色也不同
