蹄是动物四肢着地的器官
位于趾端
它由皮肤演变而来的
其结构与皮肤相似
也具有表皮 真皮和皮下组织
表皮因角质化而称角质层 构成蹄匣
它没有血管和神经
真皮含有丰富的血管和神经
呈鲜红色 感觉灵敏
我们称之为肉蹄
牛和羊为偶蹄动物
每个趾端有四个蹄
它们直接与地面接触而形成主蹄
不与地面接触的两个称为悬蹄
马为奇蹄动物
蹄由蹄匣和蹄真皮组成
蹄匣由表皮衍生来
可分为蹄壁角质 蹄底角质
和蹄球角质三部分
蹄壁角质构成蹄匣的背壁和侧壁
由釉层 冠状层和小叶层构成
釉层位于体壁表皮的最表面
由角质化的扁平细胞构成
冠状层是蹄壁最厚的一层
由纵行的角质小管和小管间角质构成
角质中常有色素使蹄壁呈深暗色
最内层角质较软缺乏色素
小叶层是蹄壁表皮的最内层
由角质小叶构成
蹄底角质与地面接触
和蹄壁角质下缘有蹄白线分开
蹄白线是
由角质小叶层向蹄底延伸而成
蹄底角质内有许多小孔
容纳肉底真皮上的乳头
蹄球角质呈球状隆起
由较柔软的角质构成
马的蹄匣还包括蹄叉 它成楔形
位于蹄底的后方
角质层较厚 富有弹性
蹄真皮又称肉蹄
由真皮演化而成 富含血管和神经
供表皮营养并有感觉作用
分为蹄壁真皮 蹄底真皮
和蹄球真皮三部分
蹄壁真皮也叫肉壁
它和蹄壁角质相对应没有皮下组织
与蹄骨的骨膜紧密接合
它包括蹄缘真皮 蹄冠真皮
和真皮小叶三部分
蹄底真皮也叫作肉底
它与肉底角质相对应
其乳头插入蹄底角质的小孔中
也没有皮下组织
它和骨膜紧密相连
蹄球真皮也叫作肉球
在其下方的皮下组织相对较发达
含有丰富的弹性纤维
马善于奔跑在草场上奔跑时
马蹄容易受到各种损伤
而随着动物的生长
蹄匣也不断生长
在其生长过程中如不进行修蹄
对马蹄也会造成损伤
为了更好的保护马的蹄部
我们要经常给马进行修蹄
修蹄的范围我们控制在蹄白线之外
同时在给马钉马蹄铁时
其部位选择在踢壁角质与蹄白线之外
以防止伤到肉蹄
猪蹄为偶蹄
有两个主蹄和两个悬蹄
它的结构与牛蹄相似
蹄内有完整的趾节骨
猪前肢掌骨内侧表面内陷
形成几个环状的腕腺
公猪和母猪均有此结构
当公母猪进行交配时
公猪会用此结构给母猪作上标记
根据趾的数目
犬的前肢有五个爪
后肢有四个爪
前肢的第一指节已经退化
不接触地面
后肢的第一趾退化或有遗迹
但不包含骨骼成分
位于爪内侧的跗骨下面
如果没有修剪 爪会呈弧形弯曲
直至接触到足底和足垫
行走时会发出声音
所以要经常对犬的爪进行修剪
左图所显示的是犬的足垫
我们也称之为枕
右侧显示的是马的附蝉
二者均为无毛的厚皮肤
新生犬的足垫柔软
而随着动物的生长
足垫逐渐角质化
而形成叠瓦状 鳞片状结构
猫的爪两侧扁平
极度弯曲并且尖端前伸
形状似镰刀
猫爪通过弹性韧带的收缩
能够灵活并完全地收入爪褶内
这使得猫在行走时不发出声音
并且避免爪与地面接触而变钝
反刍动物的额骨上常有一对骨质角突
其表面覆盖有皮肤衍生物角
角分为角根 角体和角尖三部分
角根与额部皮肤相连续
此处角质相对较柔软 有稀疏的毛
角体是自角根向角尖延续的部分
角质逐渐增厚
角的结构也分为表皮和真皮
表皮形成坚硬的角质
而角质表面可见一圈圈的角轮
角质由角小管构成
真皮紧贴在额骨角突的骨膜上
有发达的乳头
自乳头表面生发层而不断的增生角质
真皮内含血管 神经
因此角保持了一定的温度
