上一讲我们介绍了
补血佳品 阿胶
解郁圣药 玫瑰花
和果中仙品佛手
这一讲我将继续介绍三味调肝中药
俗话说呀
神仙播种
凡人采挖
无根无种
无叶无芽
讲的就是今天
要介绍的这味
治疗眩晕头痛的良药神草
天麻
三国志中描写
曹操由于整日操劳战事
患上了严重的头痛症
名医华佗曾制作天麻丸
为曹操治病
另据史料记载
光绪皇帝偶得妙方
用天麻等药煎水洗头
缓解头晕头痛症状
疗效显着
天麻又名赤箭 定风草
《神农本草经》列为上品
《五普本草》称神草
《本草纲目》云
赤箭以状得名
天麻即赤箭之根
中药天麻为兰科植物
天麻的干燥块茎
主产于四川 云南 贵州等地
冬季茎枯时采挖者名
冬麻
质量优良
春季发芽时采挖者
名春麻
质量较差
天麻之所以十分稀有昂贵
是因为它无法人工种植
直到上个世纪六七十年代
由科学家发现了蜜环菌与之共生的秘密后
才得以大量人工种植
那么自古作为宫廷贡品的天麻
究竟有何良效呢
天麻味甘
性平
归肝经
具有息风止痉
平抑肝阳
祛风通络的功效
中医认为呀
天麻主入 肝经
善于息风止痉
而且味甘质润
药性平和
可以用于治疗各种病因引起的
肝风内动 惊痫抽搐
其次天麻又善于治疗肝阳上亢
风痰上扰
头风头痛等
多种原因引起的眩晕头痛
不论虚证实证
随不同配伍皆可应用
是治眩晕的良药
另外天麻还能祛外风
通经络
止痛
用于治疗中风引起的
手足不遂
筋骨疼痛
或风湿痹痛
关节屈伸不利等
现在中药药理研究表明
天麻有助眠
降血压
减慢心率
及镇痛 抗炎等多种作用
天麻多糖
可增强免疫力
天麻 多入药煎服
或制作天麻丸
天麻酒
天麻汤
据《乾隆医案》记载
乾隆皇帝最爱喝的三大养生药酒之一
就是天麻酒
而由天麻作为原料
制成的食疗佳品 汽锅鸡 则风味独特
美味无穷
曾经获得美国尼克松总统
和英国伊丽莎白女王的大佳赞赏
天麻 研末冲服
每次用量1-1.5克
作汤剂则3-9克为宜
下面介绍清肝中药 菊花
采菊东篱下
悠然见南山
是东晋大诗人陶渊明的名句
人们爱菊
不仅因为它高洁 俊逸
形态优美
更爱她傲霜 挺立
凌寒不凋
杜甫曾赞叹道
寒花开已尽
菊蕊独盈枝
菊花象征着坚贞不屈的意志
和顽强斗争的精神
因此被誉为花中君子
菊花也是养生佳品
长期食用可令人长寿
故有南阳之寿的典故
清代书画家郑板桥
有诗咏菊
南阳菊水多耆旧
此是延年一种花
八十老人勤采啜
定教霜鬓变成鸦
关于菊花
古人有正月采根
三月采叶
五月采茎
九月采花的说法
菊花以花入药
始载于《神农本草经》
多在9到11月花盛开时采收
药材按产地和加工方法的不同
可分为亳菊花 滁菊 贡菊 杭菊等
其中以亳菊和滁菊品质最优
由于花的颜色不同
又有黄菊花和白菊花之分
菊花味辛甘苦
性微温
归肺肝经
具有疏散风热
平抑肝阳
清肝明目 清热解毒功效
中医认为啊
菊花 味辛 疏散
体轻达表 气清上浮
微寒清热 能疏散肺经风热
常用于治疗风热感冒
或温病初起温邪犯肺引起的
发热头痛咳嗽等症
与桑叶 连翘 薄荷 桔梗等药同用
如桑菊饮
其次
菊花又能清肝热 平肝阳
常用来治疗肝火上攻
或肝阳上亢引起的
头痛眩晕
古代有闻香祛病的做法
李时珍《本草纲目》中
就有关于菊花枕的记载
以药枕医治头项之疾
另外菊花还可以用于治疗
肝经风热
或肝火上攻所导致的目赤肿痛
若肝肾精血不足
目失所养
眼目昏花
视物不清
又可常与枸杞子
熟地黄
山茱萸等滋补肝肾
益阴明目的药同用
如杞菊地黄丸
此外
菊花还常与金银花 生甘草同用
治疗疮痈肿毒
但其清热解毒
消散痈肿之力
不及野菊花
现代中药药理研究表明
菊花具有抗菌
抗炎
降压
缩短凝血时间等作用
菊花用法多样
可煎服入药
或泡茶
酿酒
早在汉代的《西京杂记》中
就有关于菊花酒的介绍
晋代陶渊明有
酒能祛百病
菊能制颓龄之说
后来菊花酒逐渐成为了重阳佳节
民间避祸消灾
祈求延年长寿的
传统习俗
南北朝《荆楚岁时记》载称
九月九日佩茱萸
食莲耳饮菊花酒
令长寿
陆游也曾写诗
小饮赏菊
盛赞菊花酒
菊花还可以用于制作药枕
陆游就有采菊缝枕囊
余香满室生
以及头风便菊枕
足痹倚藜床的诗句
表达对收菊做枕的喜好
菊花入汤剂用量5到9克为宜
疏散风热宜用黄菊花
平肝 清肝 明目
宜用白菊花
接下来介绍另一味清肝中药
先请同学们听我讲一个故事
从前有个老秀才
不到60岁就得了眼病
看不清东西
走路要拄拐杖
人们都叫他瞎秀才
后来老秀才常饮一种茶
使得视力得以恢复
直到80岁依然眼明体健
他便吟诗一首
愚翁八十目不瞑
日数蝇头夜点星
并非生得好视力
只缘长年饮决明
这首诗里提到的
就是眼科良药决明子
白居易在晚年患有眼疾时
曾写下诗句
案上漫铺龙树论
合中虚贮决明子
诗中所提到的龙树论呀
就是唐代著名眼科专著
《龙树眼论》
而白居易
正是按照这本书里的记载方法
用决明子治疗眼疾
决明子又称为
马蹄决明
钝叶决明
假绿豆
草决明等
始载于《神农本草经》
为豆科植物 决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子
全国南北各地均有栽培
主产于安徽 广西 四川等地
决明子 味甘 苦咸
性微温
归肝 大肠经
具有清肝明目
润肺通便的功效
《神农本草经》称其
久服益精光
中医认为
决明子 主入肝经
功善清肝明目
而治疗肝热目赤肿痛羞明多泪
还可以菊花等药同用
治疗风热上攻
头痛目赤
或配伍山茱萸 生地黄等药
治疗肝肾阴亏
视物昏花
目暗不明
其次
决明子既能清泄肝火
又能平抑肝阳
所以适宜于
治疗肝阳上亢引起的头痛眩晕
常与菊花 夏枯草等药同用
《本草求真》称
决明子
可作枕以治头风
另外
决明子还能清热 润肠通便
用于内热肠燥
大便秘结
现代中药药理研究表明
决明子具有降血压
降血脂
抑菌的作用
决明子可入药煎服
或用开水泡茶饮
一般10到15克为宜
若用于润肠通便
则不宜久煎
使用时需要注意
决明子有滑肠的特点
所以气虚便溏的人不宜使用
这讲我们学习了具有代表性的
平肝清肝中药
一味是息风止痉
平抑肝阳 祛风通络的天麻
另一味是疏散风热 平抑肝阳
清肝明目 清热解毒的菊花
最后还有一味清热明目
润肠通便的决明子
至此八味调肝中药全部讲完
