那么接下来是行为要件

行为要件主要包括内容虚假

内容引人误解

通过虚假交易进行虚假宣传

里面包括我们

那么其中内容虚假是指

那么如果信息虽然不真实

但对购买决策没有实质性影响

也不宜认定为虚假宣传
then it should not be regarded as false publicity
