那么第一个大问题是

其中

有奖销售他是指

经营者参与市场竞争

那么是参与市场竞争的

各种竞争手段当中的一种

也是最常用的一种

那么经营者通过有奖销售

他可以吸引消费者

那么增加市场交易

那么有奖销售也称为附奖赠促销

它是指经营者

往往故意对所设置奖项的种类

兑奖条件
terms of cashing a prize

奖金金额或奖品等信息
bonus amount, prize and other information

不作明确清晰的表述
often deliberately do not make a clear statement

在消费者兑奖时给制造一些困难
make it difficult for the consumer to cash a prize

使消费者无法实际获得
make it impossible for consumers to actually obtain

可以合理期待的奖励
rewards reasonably expected can be adopted

你比如说
like

宣称买一赠一
claim to buy one and get one free

但是实际上是买一双鞋
but it's actually buying a pair of shoes

赠送一双鞋垫
and giving away a pair of insoles

宣称来店有礼
claim that can receive gift once come to the shop

但是实际上数量非常有限

或者说消费者消费满一定金额之后才能获得

第二种情形是

它包括谎称有奖或者

故意让内定人员中奖的欺骗方式

而实际没有奖项
but there is no prize in fact

也包括宣称有大奖
also includes the situation of claiming there’s big prize

但是实际上只有小奖
but there are only small prizes in fact

例如说

饮料企业宣称瓶盖内有
beverage companies claim there’s lucky draw

再来一瓶的抽奖活动
for another bottle inside the bottle caps

但是实际上
but in fact

消费者买到手的全部都是
inside the bottle caps bought by consumers

谢谢惠顾

所谓让内定人员中奖
so-called letting designated person win the prize

即通过人为干预抽奖结果
that is, through human intervention

使特定人员中奖或者中大奖
make designated person win the prize

你比如说

法律规制

巨额抽奖促销的理由主要有
