介绍一下有限元分析的完整的过程
我们看看弹簧的这么一个力学分析过程
弹簧大家都非常熟悉了
我们可以做一个实验
我们加一个力
那么它的伸长量δ
就是一个线性关系
我们把这个比例系数k
叫做弹簧的刚度系数
也叫劲度系数
那么这个力和位移的关系
就是相当于描述弹簧的变形行为
的一个物理方程
那么这是直接基于端点的描述
我们为了得到规范化标准化的单元
我们就基于左节点、右节点的描述
我们采用节点的弹簧描述
来给大家演示一下
首先我们对一个弹簧
它的刚度系数为k
我们划分左节点、右节点
分为1号节点、2号节点
我们把1号节点的位移定义为u1
2号节点的位移定义为u2
1号节点的力定义为F1
2号节点的力定义为F2
这样我们得到位移的描述叫u1,u2
节点力就是F1,F2
基于弹簧刚才这个描述
我们可以得到右端点力F2
和伸长量也就是u2减u1
也就是相对伸长量即刚才的Δ
的这么一个比例关系
也就是说刚才的弹簧的力和位移的关系
同时,左端点和右端点
也就是说1号节点与2号节点之间
还有一个平衡关系
即F1加F2等于0
我们把这两种关系
写成一个标准化的矩阵形式
这前面叫矩阵系数
这个u1,u2我们叫节点位移
F1,F2叫节点力
我们把这个方程就叫作弹簧的平衡方程
也叫刚度方程
它将作为我们弹簧单元
这么基本构件的一个基本描述
那么下面我们看看
基于刚才的平衡方程或刚度方程的基本描述
我们来分析一个
两个弹簧系统的受力分析
假定有两个弹簧
一个弹簧叫k1,一个弹簧k2
那么左端点A点是固定
右端点C点是固定的
在两个弹簧的连接处B点
有一个外力的作用我们叫F2
那么弹簧的长度分别是l1,l2
我们首先对这两个弹簧的系统进行编号
我们分弹簧1,弹簧2
同样编为1号节点,2号节点,3号节点
对应的节点位移叫u1,u2,u3
我们把两个弹簧分别作一个受力的分析
或者我们叫弹簧的描述
k1这个弹簧的节点位移u1,u2已经有了
我们看看节点力
左端点实际上是由于左边约束给它的力
我们叫FR1
弹簧1的右端点是受右弹簧对它的一个作用
我们把这个力叫作FI2
它实际上是个内力
那么同样对于弹簧2
我们也作一个单元的节点的描述
那同样这个单元的节点2和节点3
相应的位移也叫u2,u3
那么它的右端点是受C处
也就是约束处的一个力,我们叫FR3
它实际上也是一个支反力
那么这个弹簧的2号节点的节点力叫FI2
这个力是由左弹簧对它
所施加的一个相互作用力
那么可以看出来1号弹簧在2节点上的力
和2号弹簧在2节点上的力
这一对力是作用力与反作用力的关系
我们在2号节点有一个外力F2
我们把F2放在这儿
我们分别对1号弹簧建立它的关系
这个关系的平衡关系和前面介绍的情况一样
2号弹簧同样也可以建立它的方程
这个方程它的伸长量和力的关系
还有一个力的平衡关系
同样要把它写成一个规范化的形式
把刚才这两个弹簧的平衡关系
写成相应的矩阵形式
我们可以看出来
和最开始我们介绍的弹簧的矩阵描述是一样的
大家要注意
我们相应的节点位移和节点力要作相应的替换
那么为了在一个系统里进行组装
我们需要把这两个分别的矩阵进行等价扩充
因为1号弹簧不涉及到u3
也就是3号节点的位移
那么我们在相应的位置上加0
这样的话我们把基本变量u1,u2,u3
写成整个系统的基本变量
同样,对于弹簧2
由于它不涉及到u1
那么也一样,我们把u1对应的位置加0
这样的话就做了一个等价的扩充
使得它的基本的节点变量
也就是说u1,u2,u3
大家都一样
对这两个弹簧进行一个组装
把它们加起来
注意一下
1号节点加了之后还是1号节点的支反力
在2号节点这个地方,刚才提到了
这是一对作用力和反作用力
它是应该等于0的
所以相加后它就是一个外力F2
那么3号节点也是一个支反力
我们进行简化以后
我们就得到整个系统的总体平衡方程
也叫总体刚度方程
那么我们对这个整体的平衡方程
或者刚度方程进行求解
求解前我们先要处理边界条件
也就是左端点固定,右端点固定
这样就是u1=0,u3=0
把这两个条件u1=0,u3=0
相应的行和列划掉
因为它等于0,所以没有影响
剩下的这个方程就是我们最后要求解的方程
我们就可以把2号节点的位移求解出来
也就是说B点的位移
那么得到u2以后
再反代回总体的平衡方程
再把FR1和FR3分别求出来
直接代入就可以求出来
那么我们求出来的结果就是
A点的C点的支反力
