Introduction to Hospitality

This course systematically introduces the overview of hospitality field. It comprises the nature, size, scope and sectors of the dynamic international tourism and hospitality industry, related issues currently impacting on the worldwide hospitality industry. On learning the course, the students could demonstrate the ability to access and apply information appropriate to the international tourism and hospitality industry, identify and analyze the opportunities and challegnes within hospitality industry.
