杨兴凯-教授-东北财经大学-

杨兴凯，1970年生人，中共党员，教授，博士，历任东北财经大学电子商务学院电子商务教学部主任、管理科学与工程学院电子商务系主任，现任创新创业与实验教学中心副主任，经济管理国家级实验教学中心副主任，2018-2022年教育部电子商务教学指导委员会委员，辽宁省电子商务教学指导委员会副主任，辽宁省电子商务专家委员会主任，辽宁省电子政务专家组成员，大连市跨境电商协会副会长，大连市现代电商协会副会长；中国电子商务名师，辽宁省青年骨干教师，共青团中央KAB大学生创业导师，辽宁省首批大学生创业导师，辽宁省首批优秀创新创业导师，大连市创业导师，首批大连市干部教育培训教师，荣获大连市我最喜爱的教师称号。 承担本科生《电子商务概论》、研究生《电子商务战略》、《政府资源规则》等课程。主持并完成教育部省教学改革项目10项；独立或主编教材22部，其中国家级规划教材2部、省级规划教材2部；国家级和省级在线开放课《电子商务概论》负责人；获辽宁省教学成果3项。 近年在《情报学报》等杂志发表论文70余篇。主持和参加各类项目20余项；出版专著2部获省各类省市级奖项10余项。主持8个政府电子商务服务项目。

姜明-副教授-东北财经大学-

姜明，副教授，硕士生导师，数据科学与人工智能学院副院长。有多年农产品电商及大数据应用创新实践经验，精通行业相关技术与运营。主持开发的电商扶贫项目获批教育部第二届省属高校精准扶贫精准脱贫典型项目，根据项目撰写的资政报告获辽宁省政协主要领导批示。中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛、全国大学生电子商务“创新、创意及创业”挑战赛等赛事优秀指导教师，指导学生获各类创新创业大赛国家级奖项十余项。目前担任中国商业经济学会常务理事、中国互联网协会实践教学创新与创业导师、阿里活水计划学者等。

王晓晶-副教授-东北财经大学-

王晓晶，女，1975年生，辽宁省大连市人，东北财经大学管理科学与工程学院副教授。先后就读于兰州理工大学和东北财经大学，获得工学学士，经济学硕士及管理学博士学位。2003年11月—2004年5月在英国普茨茅斯大学访问学习，2015年8月－2016年2月美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校访问学习。主要从事电子商务、网络经济及供应链物流管理的教学研究工作。撰写专著一部，主持省级项目二项，参加国家自然科学基金项目一项，获得部级优秀论文奖两项，发表论文近三十篇，其中EI检索五篇；参编参译教材七部。

刘子龙-教授-东北财经大学-

刘子龙，管理学博士，大连理工大学管理科学与工程博士后，新加坡国立大学访问学者，清华大学访问学者。现任东北财经大学管理科学与工程学院院长助理兼电子商务系主任，国际信息系统学会（AIS）会员，全国青年管理科学与系统科学学会理事，中国企业运筹学会理事，入选辽宁省百千万人才工程。 在国内核心学术期刊和学术会议上发表论文20余篇，包括《Information Systems Journal 》、《Information & Management》、《Information Technology People》、《Aslib Journal of Information Management系统工程理论与实践》、《经济管理》、《管理现代化》、《价格理论与实践》、《情报科学》、《情报杂志》、《图书情报与工作》等。 主持和参与多项国家级、省部级科研项目，其中主持国家自然科学基金2项，中国博士后基金项目1项，此外作为子课题负责人参与国家社科基金重点项目1项，国家社科基金项目1项，教育部人文社科科学项目1项。

宋晓龙-副教授-东北财经大学-

宋晓龙，东北财经大学管理科学与工程学院副教授，2015年博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学管理科学与工程专业。主要研究方向包括健康信息技术、社会化商务及移动商务。主持包括国家自然科学基金,博士后科学基金在内的多项课题。研究成果发表在《Information Technology & People》、《Computers in Human Behavior》、《Aslib Journal of Information Management》、《Online Information Review》等重要期刊上。
