本课程是为专业硕士设计的英语课，本课程设置为12单元，48讲。目的在于培养学生的语篇分析能力；基本的写作技能，特别是应用文写作技能；培养学生的翻译技能，尤其是英语科技文献的翻译；同时在读和写的基础上训练学生将语篇知识和写作技巧有效应用到听和说中。

钱杨，博士，同济大学外语系教授美国亚利桑那大学英语系和莱斯大学语言学系访学。主要讲授过的课程有：专业学位研究生英语、学术英语写作、商务英语，实用英语写作等。
李兴文，同济大学外语学院副教授，获第二届上海高校学术英语公开课暨竞赛一等奖。主授课程：专业学位英语、公共管理英语、学术英语写作、学术英语视听说等。
同济大学 教授。外语学院副院长。美国宾夕法尼亚大学访问学者，任同济大学外国语学院副院长。从事翻译研究，在《外语教学与研究》、《中国翻译》、《翻译学报》等境内外核心期刊发表论文20余篇。
同济大学外国语学院讲师。语言学硕士。研究生方向应用语言学。
外国语学院硕士生导师，语言学硕士。国际会议口译员，上海海事大学外国语言学及应用语言学硕士。汉英交替传译与同声传译研究；法律翻译研究。
张伟，同济大学外国语学院副教授，英语语言文学硕士，管理学博士。从事大学英语教学研究近二十年，发表文章十余篇，学术专著两部。研究方向：英语语言文学，跨文化管理。
