黄莹，副教授，参与国家职业教育特殊教育专业资源库建设，担任《舞蹈与幼儿舞蹈创编》课程负责人，湖北省舞蹈家协会会员，襄阳市舞蹈家协会副秘书长。曾获湖北省首届舞蹈大赛编导、表演二等奖，鄂西北赛区一等奖，湖北省第四届大学生艺术节优秀指导教师奖等，多次担任市级大型活动导演及艺术指导。
王芳，副教授，音乐教育文学学士，从事学前教育舞蹈教学工作，教学经验丰富，参与中国舞蹈国家精品在线开放课程建设，参与国家特殊教育资源库建设，担任《舞蹈与幼儿舞蹈创编》教材的主编，发表专业论文10余篇。
线国有，教授，国家一级导演，毕业于北京舞蹈学院，湖北文理学院舞蹈专业负责人，中国舞蹈家协会会员，湖北省舞蹈家协会副主席，襄阳市舞蹈家协会主席。主创大型风情歌舞《山情、水韵、民俗风》列为湖北文联重点创作剧目之一，随作品本人进入2007年湖北省中青年优秀文艺人才库；主创大型舞蹈诗《梦幻襄阳》列为襄阳市立项作品；主创了大型音舞诗画《踏歌襄阳》获湖北舞蹈第三届“金凤奖”特别奖,获湖北省屈原文艺奖；主创大型歌舞《旗帜》获全市优秀剧目调演四个一等奖。主创了首届湖北烈山炎帝神龙节大型文艺表演开幕式，首届湖北燕京啤酒节大型文艺表演开幕式，首届武当艺术节大型文艺表演开幕式，首届全国水利节大型舞蹈《汉水情》，湖北省第十二届运动会大型文艺表演《古风新韵》开幕式，参与创作了诸葛亮文化节大型文艺表演开幕式。从1987年至2012年参加担任襄阳市春节电视晚会总导演以来，主创作品在中央电视台、湖北电视台及各大电视台播放中，先后获展播奖、特等奖、一等奖、二等奖；分别获全国群星奖，湖北省文华奖，湖北省群星奖，湖北省金凤奖；在我市获全国“五个一工程奖”、“文华奖”和省“屈原文艺奖”作品《洪湖女儿》中担任主要领舞；多年被授于湖北省文化系统艺术院校“优秀教师”称号。2017年度湖北省人民政府授于“先进个人”称号；2012-2021发表论文多篇、指导学生论文获各种奖、出版三本专著、组织多项教学实践项目获得各种奖项；多年被授于教育、文化系统“先进工作者”和“先进共产党员”称号。
赵倩，讲师，英语教育硕士，毕业于美国威斯康星州立大学普莱特维尔分校，襄阳职业技术学院英语教育专业骨干教师。曾担任旅游管理教研室副主任、应用英语教研室主任，校级精品课《英语听力》负责人，参编教材两本，发表论文十余篇，多次被评为襄阳职业技术学院“巾帼建功标兵”、“优秀教师”，于2018年荣获全国职业院校教师教学能力大赛二等奖。
汪芳，讲师，英语教育硕士，从事英语教育专业教学与研究工作，教学经验丰富，擅长英语泛读、英语童话剧表演、幼少儿英语教学法等课程教学和英语理论研究；参与国家特教资源库建设；参与建设《英语听力》、《英语教学法》等在线开放课程；主持或参与省、市级教科研课题5项，并发表专业论文10余篇。
朱新刚，副教授，毕业于北京舞蹈学院中国舞编导专业，湖北省舞蹈家协会理事，襄阳市舞蹈家协会副秘书长，湖北文理学院音乐与舞蹈学院优秀教师。作品《风从草原吹过》获北京市第九届舞蹈大赛专业组编导二等奖、表演二等奖，全国第八届舞蹈大赛优秀节目奖。作品《从硝烟中走来》获北京市第十届舞蹈大赛专业组编导三等奖、表演三等奖。
张碧月，讲师，毕业于中央民族大学，曾获第十三届“新人杯”荣获原创剧目《伪》表演二等奖、编创三等奖。参加孔子学院汉语桥，卢沟晓月北京中秋晚会，“APEC会议”欢迎仪式等大型演出。在梅兰芳大剧院表演群舞《国色天香》，北京天坛参加亚运会开幕式录制，“北京卓越艺术人才培养”舞蹈教学实践成果汇报演出。
王君，讲师，毕业于武汉音乐学院舞蹈表教专业，曾获湖北楚天艺术舞蹈比赛二等奖；群舞《踏歌襄阳》获得十五届楚天群星大奖等。参加cctv-3舞蹈世界，北京电视台民间舞等节目录制。
朱江月，讲师，毕业于四川音乐学院古典舞表教专业。华彩中国舞金牌教师，取得中国舞蹈家协会1至10级教师资格证书。有丰富的幼儿舞蹈教学经验，擅长中国舞剧目排练，古典舞身韵，幼儿舞蹈形体训练等，多次获得省级、市级舞蹈展演优秀教师称号。
邱沁怡，讲师，毕业于北京舞蹈学院现代舞编导专业，有较扎实的舞蹈专业功底。曾担任校级舞蹈社团指导教师，积极配合团总支工作。曾获校级庆十八大舞蹈大赛特别奖，红领巾万里行《笋儿尖尖》荣获最佳指导教师奖。2017年校级团体操中担任指导老师，并荣获二等奖。舞蹈作品《韵》在2017年十佳舞蹈中荣获十佳舞蹈称号。具有丰富的舞蹈教学经验，曾多次在舞蹈比赛和活动中获奖。
张晨晨，毕业于湖北第二师范学院舞蹈表教专业。曾获得少儿国风大赛，桃李杯青少年风采大赛优秀指导教师奖。在校期间曾获国家奖学金及各类舞蹈比赛一、二等奖。教学中，方法灵活多样，极具亲和力，获得学生的欢迎和喜爱。擅长中国古典舞、民族民间舞以及儿童技巧训练。
