同学们在树干和点叶上
our students have made many practice

有很多作业
on trunk and leaves drawing

这节做个点评
for today course, let’s have a critique

那么我挑出几个层面的
I’ll pick out several levels works

比较有代表性的一些作品
Some more representative works

一个是控笔能力这个方面
One is the aspect of brush control

我们会容易出现普遍的问题
with common problems

用墨出现的问题
and problems in ink using

然后笔势 笔势关系
Then gestures

加上我们同学
and also I’ll pick some excellent works

完成比较好的作品
some better finished works

进行一些点评
to do group critique

那么画树干
in trunk drawing

还是三点要求
Still three tips

就是我们的控笔能力
the brush control ability

我们的线条质量
line quality

能不能达到
whether able to achieve

也是在训练线条的质量
in training of lines

各种鱼鳞皴
different type of Cun technique training such as “Scale” style

各种短线皴
and other short line stroke style

包括我们的点叶
including dot leave drawing

点得是不是有功力
is it powerful

有力度
is the power thoroughly expressed

我们的墨色是不是有变化
is the color of ink in different shade

是不是都这样灰
or all that grey

这个线条的组合
The combination of this line

我们那个组合
or other organization

现在优秀的作品
in these excellent works

外边勾勒以线造型
both outline the shape

线条内部的组合都非常好
and strokes inside are well organized

这点形都非常好
the dots here are in beautiful shape

那我还是从这几个方面来
Then I still come back from these aspects

像这样初学
Beginner like this

我们从零起点的同学
students who just start

在处理树干的时候
always meet a problem

首先他会遇到一个问题
when handling the trunk drawing

这个问题就是
which is

中国画以线造型的理解
the understanding of line forming in Chinese paintings

和能力
and brush-ink expression ability

这个能力建设也很重要
this ability is significant

怎么穿插
how to intersperse

它不是一个扁平的
It is not a flat shape

是很有立体的
It is very three-dimensional feeling

很有生机 有扭动的
Very lively, full of movement

有生态的 鲜活的
with vivid life

意态的才能出来
then you can create the tension from it

是通过线条的穿插来造型
It is formed by the interspersed lines

不像西方的素描
Unlike Western sketches

画出一个很有扭动
we are looking forward to draw

很有生命力的
a lively art form

我们靠线条就能表达出来
that relied on lines and strokes

这个线条
such like this

所以说就要求我们
so we say

线条得有质量
the line needs quality in it

这是比较典型的
here are some more typical works

线条没有质量
lack of quality in line drawing

我们线条没有质量的
when compare these two

和我们线条有质量的
type of lines

相比较
it’s easy to see difference between them

差距还是比较大
big difference

你像这个线条的质量
like the quality of this line

都非常好
very good

墨色变化也很好
The ink color changes very well

各线条的质量
the quality of each line

这个质量
this quality

包括鱼鳞皴的皴法
including scale Cun

这质量都很好
they all require high quality in line drawing

那么相对这个松树
about the pine tree drawing

和这个松树
and the line we choose

线条的质量
in pine tree drawing

它的差距就那么大
there is big gap

有力度 充分 清楚
the tension, strength

结构清楚
and clear structure

这就浑沌 软弱了
this one is kind of weak

这个模糊
and vague

这就不是
this one isn’t

我们要追求的效果了
the effect one what we pursuit

所以说我们的线条
so we say the line

要有力度
needs strength and tension

我们的线条没有力度
without tension inside

就会这样
it could turn into like this

我们那个点
if the dots we draw

点叶没有质量
lack of quality

我们点就没有点形
the shape will be vague and uncertain

我们有点形的是哪些呢
which dots are better

我们看那个点形
look at the shape of those dots

点形非常漂亮
beautiful

也有墨色变化
also have color changes

这个墨色
the ink color or ink appearance

又是一个很大的问题
is another big topic

我们没有墨色就是这样
here is a opposite example

非常简单
too simple

也毫无生机
lack of vividness

死黑一片
Dead black

所以说墨色生发也很重要
so it’s important to pay attention of ink appearance

如果我们要点叶
if we want to make dot leaves

一片黑的一个外形
a form

外轮廓
of black

没有这种干湿氤氲的效果
There is no such wet and dry effect

这里头没有生机
There is no sense of life here.

我们只有一个外形
only left a shape

那是没有用的
that would be useless

我们的形的内部
what we pursue is a form with

一定要充满生机
lively

有鲜活生命感
fresh sense of life inside

这才我们的墨色变化的
this is the internal requirement

内在要求
of ink appearance changing

我们在今后的训练的日子里
We will practice more in future training

要注意用线的质量
In order to pay attention to the quality of the line

墨色变化
the change of ink appearance

然后尤其是在
especially at

点叶的组织态势上
The organizational tendency of the leaf

这是有内在结构的
This is an internal structure

所以说我们这个线条
So let's say this line

同样长
Same length

距离都一样
same distance

没有疏密的
neither have dense difference

内在结构的变化
nor the internal changes

也没有长短变化
there is no position movement

也没有纵横穿插
There is also no vertical and horizontal insertion

都是平行的
they are all parallel

这个距离远近都差不多
This distance is almost the same

这都失去了点叶的
then it lost all

组织势态
tendency in organization

这个组织都比较分散
the whole construction is loose

所以说这个点叶
so this dot leaves

虽然它没有像其他
Although it is not like other

别的那么难度大
that difficult to study

但是点叶的内在结构
but the internal structure

疏密的组织
the organization

浓淡的变化
and ink appearance

要求也是很高的
isn’t as simple as it looks

what we actually need to answer is

就是我们画树
when we drawing a tree

是画一个真正的松树吗
are we actually drawing a tree?

肯定是否定的
the answer is definitely negative

我们是借用
we are using

借用这种南方的树种
the form of this southern tree

然后它能出现横的皴笔
Then it can appear horizontally brush stroke

我们那个线条
the line we are using

这种长与短 疏与密
in different length, dense

纵横穿插这个效果
with certain organization to create this effect

这是线条传达出来的美
This is the beauty from the line itself

不是因为这个树本身
instead of the tree itself

给我们的美
that where the beauty we created came from

但我们得借用
but we still have to use the form of it

比如说我们借用松树
For example, we borrow the form of pine trees

三棵树的摆放
the placement of these three trees

在自然环境当中
In the natural environment

很有可能
probably

这三棵树有美好的姿态
These three trees already have a beautiful posture

这就给我们了一个
it gives us

借用了一个
a great example

最好的一个条件
in great condition

如果三棵树很分散
if they are too separated

距离很平均
and separated in similar distance

那在我们主观的
Then under influence of o

情感作用下
our subjective emotion

也可以把这三棵树
can also put these three trees

作为这种表达
as a way of expression

作为三条线来考虑
Consider as three lines

有疏有密 有直有曲
There are secrets and dense

作为造型
as a styling

通过我们的穿插

造型通过以线造型

反转的关系

扭动的关系就出现了

加上皴法 鱼鳞皴法

和长线 短线
long lines, short lines

和密集的横线的皴法

那个松毛的皴
and by using fluffy style Cun technique such as “Niumao” style

This is what brings out from our brush and ink

不是别的带来的
not from any where else

我们的叶子
the leaves we draw

完全可以画成真叶
Can be as real as true leaves

可是它不是
but it’s not

我们中国的表达
it’s the expression in Chinese painting

中国人的表达
it is the Chinese art way

就通过浓淡干湿
through wet and dry

通过用笔
through brush operation

就能把这种生命
we can reshape or reform

塑造得非常好
the form of life very well

非常鲜活
even more vividly

非常有节奏感
with aesthetic rhythm

非常有趣味
with taste and interesting

非常有概括性
draw it very general

这就是造型
that is the art of forming

我们有造型
with such concept of forming

我们借的是物理形
we are borrowing the shape in physical world

我们造的是笔墨之形
to create the form from brush-ink

笔墨形态
or brush-ink form

我们所说的
the form that we keep talking again and again

这个中国画的笔墨造型
this concept

是笔墨形态
is a shape that

是一个墨的团块
made with ink

线条 还有点
line and dots

点 线 墨的团块
a ink form with dot and line as elements inside

有机协调的统一在一起
Organic coordinated together

然后共同的表达一种意愿
to express a common aesthetic will

这种意愿是你审美的内心
This willingness is your inner heart

你的内心又与天和
Your heart is always along with natural

那么整个活动就是一个体道的过程
Then the whole activity is a physical process
