STLx 161

课程学员每周应花费约6个小时，阅读课程材料并完成作业。 

Course participants should expect to spend about 6 hours per week going through program materials and completing assignments. 

学习本课程之前，您无需预先了解任何土地政策的相关知识，或提前学习经济学、城市规划与建筑学。本课程以实践为导向，多学科交叉。

You do not need to have any prior knowledge about land policy to take this course, nor do you need experience in economics, urban planning, or architecture.  The course is practice-oriented and multi-disciplinary.

您可自行把握课程节奏，只需保证各单元的进度即可。整个课程当中，每个模块都设有作业和知识点考察问题。 

You can take the course at your own pace so long as you stay within the schedule for each module.  Assignments and knowledge check questions are available for each section throughout the course.

It is important that you actively participate in the online discussions.  Your fellow participants will be practitioners and policymakers from around the world who have invaluable observations about and experiences with different land tools to share with you and each other.   Learning from each other is as important as obtaining information about land readjustment from the videos and other course materials.

It is advisable to set aside time each week to view the materials and exchange ideas with your peers online.  Taking time to work through the course each week is the optimal way to synthesize the lessons offered.

On the top of this page, we created an option in the main menu called Supplementary Resources.  This is for learners who are from countries where Internet bandwidth is limited.  If you have trouble viewing the videos, you can download pdf files for the five modules from the Supplementary Resources page.  These printable materials are based on an existing World Bank e-course on land readjustment; thus the contents are very similar to this course.  As mentioned in the Course Welcome session, materials of many videos in this course are drawn heavily from this World Bank's e-course on land readjustment.
