平面3节点三角形单元
是平面问题里面最简单、最常用的单元
首先我们看一下节点描述,节点的基本变量
几何参数,有三个节点
节点1,坐标是x1,y1
节点2,x2,y2
节点3,x3,y3
同样,每一个节点有两个位移分量
u1,v1,u2,v2,u3,v3
我们把这6个分量写成一个位移列阵qe,是6X1的
同样对应着节点位移的位移分量
我们也有节点力的分量
那对应为Px1,Py1,Px2,Py2等等
这个Pe也是一个6X1的
这个平面单元的等厚度为t
基于节点描述,我们要进行单元的场描述
同样单元的描述我们有位移场描述
还有应力场、应变场
位移场,我们也是这样
把单元的节点位移分成两组
一个是x方向的位移u1,u2,u3
还有y方向的位移v1,v2,v3
我们分别对x方向的位移场
也就是u(xi,yi)
还有y方向的位移场分别进行插值
这样我们分别有3个待定系数
一共有6个待定系数
确定的原则也是从低阶到高阶、唯一确定性原则
再把单元的节点条件
也就是说1号节点、2号节点、3号节点
让单元的位移场分别等于相应的节点位移
这样6个条件来确定6个待定系数
确定以后再把这个确定好的待定系数
代回原来的位移场函数
那么我们分别可以表达成
同样v(x,y)也可以表达成
这个N1,N2,N3的函数
实际上是关于x,y的线性函数
具体的ai,bi,ci的值
是由1号节点、2号节点、3号节点的坐标位置来求出的
那么我们把位移场函数写成一个矩阵形式
把它写到一块,我们就得到
这么一个基于节点位移描述的
前面乘上一个形状函数矩阵这么一个表达方式
前面的形状函数矩阵是2X6的
分别是N1,N2,N3,分别是这么一个2X6的形式
那应变场,我们由几何方程
我们把几何方程写成一个矩阵形式
同样,我们把u和v写出来
再把前面写成一个算子矩阵
那么这个偏导算子矩阵就是这么一个3X2的偏导算子矩阵
我们再把刚才已经得到的位移场的函数描述
也就是说
我们把它分别代进来
前面这个偏导算子矩阵对应着我们的位移场
进行一个作用
这样我们就可以写出来是一个B矩阵乘上一个q矩阵
这个B矩阵是一个3X6的
我们称为几何矩阵
我们也把N矩阵代到这个里面去
用算子矩阵对它进行作用
分别进行计算,实际上就是求导
这样得到的B矩阵
我们就可以把它写成B1,B2,B3的形式
那么B1,B2,B3的形式分别也是由前面
由三个节点的坐标位置所确定的那几个系数
也就是说bi,ci还有三角形的面积来确定出来的
这个Bi是个3X2的矩阵
对于应力场
我们由平面问题的物理方程
同样也把应力的三个分量写成一个列向量
写成一个矩阵形式
它和应变的关系
这个就是平面应力情况下的弹性系数矩阵
我们把这个矩阵叫D矩阵
它是一个3X3的
这个应变我们也写成一个向量
我们前面已经得到了应变的表达
也就是说它可以表达成节点位移的矩阵形式
把它代入以后,也就是
把这前两项合到一块,写成一个S矩阵
S矩阵我们称为应力函数矩阵
这个D矩阵我们是平面应力的情况
前面我们也知道了
如果我们要把它变成平面应变
就把里面的弹性模量E改为
把平面应力问题的μ改为
其它方程完全一样
这样就变成一个平面应变的问题
在应用最小势能原理来计算它的应变能减外力功
就得到这个三角形单元的势能表达
同样我们前面已经得到了应力和应变的表达
还有位移的表达
我们把这三大类变量都表达成
基于节点的表达
也就是都基于q的表达
我们把它分别代入以后就可以写出来
这么一个表达式
其中这个K就等于
这个K矩阵是一个6X6的,B矩阵是一个6X3的
D矩阵是弹性系数矩阵是3X3的
这样就得到一个6X6的
由于我们是一个平面应力问题
它是一个薄片,厚度为t
所以对Ω这个域进行积分就变成
dA乘上一个t,就是对三角形的面积进行积分
同样得到的等效载荷也是这样的
如果我们这个系统
这个单元里面有体积力b一横
有面积力p一横
那么它就根据前面的外力功这么一个原则
我们就可以得到N矩阵转置乘上一个体积力的矩阵
对这个域进行积分
同样N矩阵的转置对面积力进行一个积分
这样就得到一个等效的载荷
我们再看看K矩阵
K矩阵我们再细化
由前面得到的B矩阵
我们代入以后
由于这个B矩阵它是一个常系数的矩阵
所以这个积分就直接乘上一个三角形的面积
那么这个K矩阵得到的系数就是这么一个6X6的矩阵
这个krs具体的计算的一些系数
我们就可以得到
它每一个是一个小的子矩阵2X2的
我们分别算出来里面的k1,k2,k3,k4
k1,k2,k3,k4的具体的计算就是由br,bs
这个b和c的计算见前面我们已经得到的表达
由最小势能原理
我们要对所得到的势能取极值
我们所有的这些量都表达成节点位移的变量表达
所以取极值也是让系统的势能对节点位移取极值
也就是说对节点位移q求一阶导数
让它等于0
这样我们就得到这么一个刚度方程
这个刚度方程是
这个节点力实际上是一个等效的节点力
分布力可以通过等效的关系来进行计算
这个K矩阵的计算是等于
我们对所构建的平面3节点的三角形单元
进行一个讨论
首先我们看三大类变量的性质
我们前面构建的位移场u(x,y)
它是一个关于x,y的线性函数
v(x,y)也是关于x,y的线性函数
对于应变场
我们把位移的线性函数代入到这个算子里面去
我们进行计算
应变场得到的εxx它也是等于一个常数
εyy也是一个常数
γxy也是一个常数
应力场是在应变场基础上
前面乘上一个弹性系数矩阵
所以说应变场为常数
应力场也是为常数
我们看看这个单元的性质
第一就是单元内的应力和应变都为常数
所以我们把3节点三角形平面单元也称为
常应变三角形单元
英文的缩写就是CST
它叫constant strain triangle
第二个性质就是单元的节点位移
我们是在整体坐标系下给出来的
也就是说每一个节点都给了一个
x方向的位移和y方向的位移
所以说在平面3节点三角形单元里面
它就没有针对节点位移的坐标变换问题了
第三个问题就是由于应变场和应力场都是常数
所以对于实际问题比较复杂的一些区域
如果用3节点的三角形单元来进行离散
那么它的误差会比较大
因为它是常应力、常应变单元
它是常数,不变化的
因此在这些梯度变化大的区域
一定要用高阶单元
或者用更多的3节点三角形单元
通过单元的数量来弥补精度的不足
对于平面3节点三角形单元
我们也给出相应的MATLAB编程的实现
同样也有三个函数
一个是计算刚度矩阵的Stiffness
另一个是进行单元刚度矩阵组装的Assembly函数
另外要计算单元的应力,叫Stress
对于Stiffness这个函数要求输入弹性模量E
泊松比,还有厚度
输入三个节点i,j,m的坐标
同时还要输入平面问题的性质指标
比如平面应力还是平面应变
这个函数输出的是单元的刚度矩阵k
它是6X6的
对于Assembly函数它是进行单元刚度阵的组装
它要求输入单元刚度矩阵k
输入单元的节点编号i,j,m
最后输出的是组装后的整体刚度矩阵kk
对于Stress函数
它是计算单元的应力
它要求输入弹性模量、泊松比还有厚度
以及三个节点的坐标
还要求输入平面问题的这个性质的指标参数
比如平面应力还是平面应变
要求输入单元的位移列阵
它输出单元的应力Stress,是3X1的
由于它是常应力单元
所以它的单元应力分量是Sx,Sy,Sxy
