2010年毕业于湖北大学外国语学院英语专业，获文学学士学位，2013年毕业于广东外语外贸大学英语语言文学专业，获文学硕士学位。2013年7月进入湖北大学外国语学院英语系工作，承担基础英语1-4、英语写作1-2、英美概况等课程教学。教师专业功底扎实，教学兢兢业业，每学期每门课的教学评价都在90分以上，考核为优秀。自2013-2014学年第2学期起独自承担英美概况课程教学，经过6个学期的专业授课和2个学期的选修课的打磨，教师对教学内容十分熟悉，也有较多钻研。2015年11月《英美概况》课程获批湖北大学精品在线课程项目立项，并在深圳大学优课联盟平台上线。线下授课中实现了翻转课堂。
