韩毅,长安大学教授,博士生导师,西北工业大学博士,清华大学博士后。2013-2014年赴美国加州大学从事访问学者研究工作,并获颁美国戴维斯市荣誉市民称号。2004年至今在长安大学汽车学院工作,主要研究方向为无人驾驶智能车辆、新能源汽车、车辆电控系统。长期致力于无人驾驶智能车辆软硬件系统的研发工作,先后主持或参与了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省科技攻关、国家"863"计划等多项研究课题,获陕西省科学技术进步一等奖,陕西省青年科技奖,发表科技论文20余篇,申请专利近两百项,多次带队参加国内天津、上海、重庆、常熟、襄阳的无人驾驶赛事,并斩获奖项。
