今天我们来谈谈编钟
编钟是中国传统的古老打击乐器
由青铜铸造 击打起来旋律优美
编钟被用作演奏和弦音乐的乐器
其中一些钟的历史可以追溯至
2000-3600年以前
它们被悬挂在木质框板内 用槌棍击打发声
古代编钟通常用于宫廷雅乐
或盛大祭典
在编钟发现史中
最重要的莫过于曾侯乙编钟了
这套编钟是在挖掘几乎完美保存的曾侯乙墓时发现的
共65枚 是保存几近完好的一套
曾侯乙是当时战国时期曾国的国君
在曾侯乙去世即公元前430年时
曾国还是楚国的一个附属国
曾国位于现在的湖北省
尽管钟在许多文化中都被制造
并用来作为乐器
但是在所有浇铸乐钟的类型中
编钟在许多方面是相当独特的
编钟钟身呈透镜状而非椭圆形
钟口边缘曲线以圆角为特色
每枚钟的外部都铸有36个突起的隆包
九个为组 四组对称分布在钟面上
这种特殊的形状使得当钟被敲击时
可以发出两种不同的音调
每枚钟的音程为大三度或小三度
相当于钢琴中四到五个音符之间的音程
现在在湖北省博物馆内
乐师们演奏用的编钟为曾侯乙编钟的仿制品
曾侯乙编钟
在2500年之后仍然可被用来演奏
其音域跨五个半八度
但由于其双音的作用
完全可以演奏12个半音阶
完成全音阶和五声音阶的优美旋律
曾侯乙编钟的
钟架高大
由长短不同的两面木架垂直相交组成
木架顶部有三根较小的木梁构成
这些木梁由6个铜铸佩剑武士
承托住整个编钟
形成上 中下三层
上层的三个武士比下层的武士形体要稍小些
下层的三个武士形成了编钟的底座
每组木架的末端由
蟠龙纹铜套加固托架的前段支撑着
被浇铸成动物状的
最大的一个编钟
主梁的中部
由两根细长的青铜圆柱托起
编钟上还刻有铭文
这些铭文被研究中国古代文字
(或称金文)的专家用来作为参考
与金属制成的编钟相关的另外一种乐器
叫做编磬
但是编磬一般都由石制而成而非金属
