今天 我们要谈谈社交规则
荣誉和尊重是亚洲文化
尤其是中国文化中最重要的两个元素
为了获得荣誉和尊重
中国人自古以来就形成了自己的礼仪体系
中国的礼节向来是正式的 遵循严格的规则
为了更好地理解汉语
有些概念是不能忽视的
面子
羞耻这个概念 通常用“面子”来表达
在汉语中可以大致定义为“地位”或“自尊”
这对外国人来说绝不陌生
对中国人来说 丢面子是最糟糕的事情
所以 永远不要侮辱 使人难堪 羞辱
对人大吼大叫或以其他方式贬低一个人
因为所有这些行为
都有可能使一个中国人处于丢面子的境地
不要试图证明某人是错的
也不要在公共场合对他大喊大叫
为了获得成功的效果而不让别人丢脸
任何批评都应该私下 谨慎 委婉地表达出来
否则就会适得其反
当试图避免冲突时
中国人一般不会在公众面前提出
令人尴尬的事儿 这是为了替他人保住面子
相反 当挑战权威或他人在社会中的地位时
中国人则想尽办法让对方丢面子
关系
从最基本的意义上讲
“关系”指的是两个人之间的一种个人关系
在这种关系中 一个人能够说服另一个人
去帮他的忙或服务 或者被说服
纵观中国历史
维系社会的基本粘合剂是关系的概念
即人与人之间的关系
中文的“关系”是由两个字组成的
除了“关系”本身的含义外
汉字“关”也意味着一扇门或一个障碍
“系”指的是一种纽带 一种关系或一种联系
所以“关系”字面上的意思是
“通过这扇门和别人联系”
对于中国人来说
拥有良好的人际关系是非常重要的
他们常常把良好的社会关系
视为个人能力和影响力的象征
客气
中国人很谦虚
不习惯在公共场合表现自己的感情
所以 当他们受到表扬或赞美时
通常的反应是“不 不”
例如 当中国人被表扬在工作上的杰出成就时
他会说“不 不 我的工作一般般”
当有人称赞你的厨艺时
最常见的回答是 “不 不 它只适合填饱肚子”
中国人很少与人握手打招呼
但在外国人中却很普遍
更不用说见面或道别时的拥抱或亲吻了
他们习惯一只手托着另一只手在胸前敬礼
这个传统已经有两千多年的历史了
现在除了春节 它很少被使用
在一些正式场合握手更受欢迎 也更合适
鞠躬 作为表达对上级的尊重
常被下属 学生 和服务员使用
但目前中国年轻人只是简单地点头致意
在某种程度上
这种演变反映了现代生活节奏的不断加快
