1）Understand the structure, process, machine, tools and measure tools of knuckle parts through the enterprise video, the position scheme in each process. Understand the structure, composition, principle and functions of common, general and special fixtures;

2）Master the design basis, blank manufacturing method and main machining surface through part drawings;

3）Master the selection principle of cutting amount, equipment and fixtures, and the design of mechanical processing through simulation of influence of process parameters on efficiency and cost.

4）Develop students' ability to analyze and solve complex problems, teamwork, communicate and make economic decisions on engineering problems.
