Aging is an unavoidable problem for both you and me. It weakens our bodies, makes movement difficult, and blunts our thinking. How do we understand aging? How do we recognize physical, psychological and social problems associated with old age? Let us undertake the course of "Gerontological Nursing" to discuss various physical and mental health problems caused by aging, and try to apply professional nursing knowledge and skills to contribute to the healthcare of the elderly!

肖惠敏，香港理工大学护理哲学博士，教授，博士生导师，主要研究领域老年护理、姑息护理、护理教育。现任福建医科大学护理学院副院长(主持工作)，兼任中华护理学会护理教育专业委员会委员兼秘书、科研工作委员会委员，福建省护理学会副秘书长、教育专业委员会副主任委员，福建省女科技工作者协会理事，福建省社会实践一流课程《老年护理学》负责人，省级虚拟仿真实验项目《老年人安全居家环境创设虚拟仿真实验》负责人。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科课题等科研项目15项；获得国家级计算机软件著作权4项，教学与科研成果奖13项；以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文50多篇，其中SCI源论文16篇，副主编全国规划教材4部，参编7部。

张旋-副教授-福建医科大学-

张旋，医学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，主要研究领域老年护理、护理教育。现任福建医科大学护理学院人文护理学系副主任。曾获首届全国护理学青年教师教学基本功大赛一等奖，国家级精品视频公开课《护士人文修养》课程的主讲教师之一。主持省教育厅课题等3项，参与国家教育部、省科技厅、省卫生厅等科研项目14项；以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文9篇，其中SCI源论文1篇；获得各级各类教学科研成果特等奖、一、二等奖共14项；副主编、参编全国护理专业规划教材《护理伦理学》等6部。

林雁-讲师-福建医科大学-

吴炜炜-副教授-福建医科大学-

吴炜炜，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，主要研究领域老年护理、护理教育。福建医科大学人文护理学系教师，兼任中华护理学会护理教育专业委员会青年委员，1种SCI源期刊同行评审专家与1种国内期刊编委。主持各级各类教学科研项目4项，获得教学与科研成果奖7项；以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文近20篇，其中SCI源论文1篇。参编全国规划教材4部。

赵珺瑜-讲师-福建医科大学-

赵珺瑜，老年医学博士，美国哈佛医学院公共健康学院课程毕业，美国斯坦佛大学医院访问学者，讲师。主要研究领域老年认知康复护理、慢性病健康管理。现主持省级科研项目2项，省卫健委项目1项；另参与国家级、省级、厅级项目共3项。近五年以第一作者发表学术论文8篇，其中SCI源论文4篇。

方一芳-副主任护师-福建医科大学-

方一芳，副主任护师，主要从事老年护理、临床护理。现任中华护理学会老年护理专业委员会专家库成员，福建省护理学会老年专委会委员。主持和参与各级各类科研项目3项，发表学术论文多篇。
