首先让我们回顾一下古代丝绸之路的历史
2000年以前
古代丝绸之路不是一条单一的道路
它是连接亚洲和欧洲多条路线的网络
古代丝绸之路不仅有助于贸易
而且加强了
中国 印度 波斯 罗马和希腊之间的文化交流
现在中国希望复兴古老的丝绸之路
并承担世界上最大的基础设施项目建设
我们称之为“一带一路”倡议
为什么中国发起这个倡议
它聚焦五条路线和六条经济走廊
为什么中国发起这个倡议
支持中国走出去的政策
以及促进中国和沿线国家之间的贸易
它也推动了中国的工业重建
此外 它将加强中国的地缘政治作用
和强化人民币的全球角色
它也将减少中国的工业产能过剩
“一带一路”倡议的愿景是
促进联合合作
这不是中国的独奏
这将是所有“一带一路”倡议参与方共同谱写的交响乐
那么谁是这一倡议的投资者
当然 中国已经承诺为这项倡议提供超过1万亿美元的资金
但这还不够
中国不会为“一带一路”倡议提供全部的资金
到2030年我们期望有超过一半的一带一路相关项目
将由私人资本 多边银行和外国政府来出资
“一带一路”倡议于2013年首次提出
至今已经发起4年了
到目前为止已经取得了很多进展
首先在政府层面上
已经达成了一些关于多边合作的共识
有超过72个国家同意加入该项目
而在运营层面上
许多针对铁路 管道的建设项目已经启动或实施
对于金融支持方面
金融机构已经形成了几个框架
例如 亚洲基础设施投资银行已经开始运作
因此 这一倡议的范围和规模是惊人的
有4.4亿人将受到这个倡议的影响
这是全世界人口的62%
占了世界GDP的1/3
