今天带给大家的主题是情绪转换三部曲

Emotions are a series of general term
情绪是对一系列的

for subjective cognitive experience
主观认知经验的通称

with variety of feelings thoughts and actions
是多种感觉思想和行为

synthetically generating its mental and physical state
综合产生的心理和生理状态

The most common and popular emotions
最普遍最通俗的情绪

are happiness anger sadness and fear etc
有喜 怒 哀 恐等等

There are such delicate emotions
也许有一些细腻微妙的情感

as proud comfortable and ashamed etc
如自豪 舒畅 羞愧等等

Emotions are related to psychology
情绪常常和心理 性格

character temper and purpose etc
脾气和目的等原因相互作用

So recently there is a popular word called emotional management
那么最近社会上很流行的一个词叫做情绪管理

It is derived from emotions and produces various problems
也就是衍生出很多人在情绪方面是有种种的问题的

For college students emotional problems
对于大学生来说在情绪上的问题

roughly divided into four large parts
大体分成四个大的部分

First part is
第一部分

emotional overreaction
情绪反应过度

If things happen, they are excessive anger
比如说遇事情是过度愤怒

unable to control anger and create a series of bad results
无法控制自己的愤怒情绪并制造一系列的恶果

And excessive anxiety
还有过度焦虑

The degree of anxiety has an adverse impact on learning
焦虑程度已经构成了对学习生活的不良影响和干扰

Because of excessive tension it distracts people and
因为过分的紧张使得人注意力分散

reduces the efficiency of work and study
导致工作和学习效率大大的降低

There is also excessive stress response
还有过度的应激反应

Emergency response refers to the parties
应急反应是指当事人

stimulated by a certain environment
在某种环境的强烈刺激下

produces a series of reactions
产生一系列的反应状态

Then this state accompanies by various negative emotions
那么这种状态往往伴随着多种的负面情绪

For example fear shock and disgust etc
比如说恐惧 震惊 厌恶等

and too much stress response even add some painful
而过多的应激反应甚至会附加一些痛苦的

hostility, fear and other emotions
敌意的 惧怕的等等一系列的情绪

The second part is
第二部分

called lack of emotional response such as depression
叫做情绪反应不足比如说忧郁

Melancholy is a sad state of mind
忧郁是一种愁闷的心境

or dissatisfied with the major
或者对所学的专业不满意

that falls into infinite melancholy
而陷入无限的忧郁

and loses interest in life and study
对生活学习失去兴趣

They can't appreciate the happiness
无法体会当中的快乐

Their activities begin to decline
而且行为的活动水平开始下降

They avoid contact with people
回避与人交往

More seriously, it accompanies by bad mood
那么严重的还会伴有心境恶劣

Insomnia, even a tendency to die
失眠 甚至会出现轻生的倾向

Others become indifferent and
还有人会变得冷漠

don't care about things and people
对事情 对人漠不关心

Their behaviours show no passion and interest in life
这些人表现对生活没有热情和兴趣

They are indifferent to learning and other friends
然后对学习也漠然置之对其他的同学冷漠无情

Even to others' greetings they are indifferent
甚至于对他人的冷暖是无动于衷的

They're insensitive to group activities
对集体活动也开始麻木不仁

The third part is called negative emotions
第三部分

that last too long or are too generalized
叫做负面情绪持续过长或者泛化

For example, a college student
比如说一位大学生

when answering questions in class
一次在课堂回答问题的时候

suddenly felt nervous, he made a mistake
一时紧张 他出现了口误

It made the clasamates laugh
引起了同学们的哄笑

He was criticized by the teacher
而且被老师批评了

Since then, in this teacher's class
从此以后每次上这个老师的课

He is extremely nervous and anxious
他都极度的紧张焦虑

he sit in the last row of the class

第一步

我们首先要寻找一种平静

No matter what emotion you are in
因为不论你在什么样的情绪状态下

calm is the basis before adjustment
平静是在调节之前的基础

那在这里呢我选择了圣桑的《天鹅》

This music comes with a very beautiful picture
这首音乐带有一种非常漂亮的美丽唯美的画面

Like a swan floating on a calm lake
就像一只天鹅浮在了一个平静的湖面上

Layers of ripples around me
身边泛起了层层的涟漪

Put you in a very quiet and soothing environment
让你置身在一个非常安静舒缓的环境当中

So your emotions
这样你的情绪

start following this swan and slowly calm down
开始跟着这只天鹅慢慢的趋于平静

But after the mood is calm
然而情绪平静之后呢

we can enter a adjustment process
我们就可以进入到了一个调节过程

Second step
第二步

we follow the melody of music
我们要进入音乐的旋律

That is, follow the melody of thinking
也就是要跟着旋律的思维

Leading by it thinking follows the melody
被它牵着走思维跟着旋律的走向

It can be elevated
可以是升高的

It can also be reduced
也可以是降低的

we have to follow our own rhythm
我们要跟着自己的节奏

就是其实每一个人都有自己的心理节奏

What does your rhythm look like
那么你的心理节奏是什么样子的

If you want to relax
如果你想要轻松一些

then you can choose a rhythm like a folk ballad
那你就可以选择一些比如说像乡村民谣式的节奏

那这里带大家听的这个旋律就是一个非常非常典型的

一个经典的乡村民谣作品《Country road》

最后一步我们要定义主题了

Usually our young college students
通常我们青年大学生

there will be such a upward and inspirational a theme
会要有一个向上的励志的这样一个主题
