就是交错级数

交错级数收敛性的判别法则
好的同学们
我们在第一小节要讲的第一个定理呢
就是一种非常简单有效的
判别交错级数是否收敛的方法
这个定理呢 叫做
莱布尼兹判别法
请看定理1.1
Theorem 1.1
For an alternating series
对给定的某个交错级数
我们这里假设这个交错级数的形式呢
是这样的
就是它的通项
是-1的n次方乘以an
当然这里每一个an呢
都是正数
Where each an is positive
For such an alternating series
If the sequence an is monotone decreasing
And tends to 0
这句话的意思是说
如果其中的an
这个正项的序列呢
它自己是单调减
而且呢 tends to zero
趋近于0
那么 such a series is convergent
结论就是说
这样的一个交错级数一定是收敛的
所以啊 这个定理就告诉我们
交错级数啊 你看它是否收敛呢
只要看一下它的通项
-1的n次方乘以an的绝对值
也就是an是不是单调减趋近于0
就可以了
好的 下面呢
我们快速地看一个使用这种判别法的例子
Example 1.2 Consider the series
Sigma n from 2 to infinity
minus 1 to the n times ln n over n
这里呢 是明显的一个交错级数
它的通项是-1的n次方 乘一个正数
这个正数呢是ln n除以n
那么我们判别一下它是否收敛
We say it is convergent
我们断定啊 它一定是convergent
为什么呢
In fact ln n over n也就是说这个通项的绝对值
ln n除以n
它呢 是一个单调降的序列
而且趋近于0
当n趋近于无穷的时候
当然这里要判别为什么ln n除以n趋近于0
这需要用我们微积分1中的知识
它的单调性呢 也是很容易看出来的
这里呢 希望同学们在课下
能够把这里头的细节呢 再补充完整
总之呢 看明白了ln n除以n是一个单调减趋于0的序列
我们就立刻可以用刚才的判别法
