Writing a brief and professional resignation letter is the first thing to do
此时我们需要写一份简短而专业的辞职信

Today we are going to learn how to write letters of resignation
今天我们将学习如何写英文辞职信

Here are the contents
今天的学习内容如下

A letter of resignation is written to announce to human resources superiors
辞职信是一种为了告知人力资源部门

and co-workers your intent to leave your current position
你的上司和同事你打算离职

and also mention the reason for one’s resignation
并列出辞职的原因的信体。

When you resign from your job
当你辞职时

it's important to resign gracefully and professionally
呈上一封专业的辞职信是非常重要的

Give adequate notice to your employer
在正式辞职前

write a formal resignation letter
需提前通知你的老板

and be prepared to move on prior to submitting your resignation
并写一封正式的辞职信

A resignation letter should consist of the following parts
辞职信应包括以下部分

Part 1:Resignation letters not only describe the employee’s intent to leave
第一部分：辞职信不仅要表达离职的意图

but also provide information about the last day worked and other requests or details
而且要说明离职的最后期限以及其他要求

This eases the transition for both employer and employee
这样有利于离职期间双方工作的顺利过渡交接

Make sure there are no misunderstandings include your job title and write the date out in full
确保你的职位和离职日期的表达准确无误
