动物解剖学这门课程
接下来我们讲述猪的肠道
首先也是先学习猪的小肠部分
它也分为十二指肠 空肠和回肠
第一段为十二指肠
自幽门起始经右季肋部
肝的脏面向后伸延
达右肾后方转向左侧
再折转向前延续为空肠
空肠主要位于腹腔右侧
胃的后方 结肠袢的右侧
一部分靠近腹腔底壁及盆腔口
空肠后接回肠
回肠末端开口于
盲结肠交界处腹内侧壁上
回肠肠壁固有膜内
淋巴集结也很发达
呈长带状分布于
肠管游离缘黏膜层内
它与马的小肠其实差别不大
那么它的大肠
也分为盲肠 结肠和直肠
盲肠呈圆柱状
盲端稍垂向后下方
在盲肠有三条明显的纵带
盲肠后接结肠
结肠位于腹腔左侧
胃的后方分旋袢和终袢两部分
旋袢呈螺旋状的回转
盘成圆柱体形
顶端斜向前下方
结肠的旋袢也分为向心回和离心回
各有三圈
这个与牛羊的相似
它的离心回比较细
多位于圆柱体的内心
而向心回则构成圆柱体的外部
直肠位于骨盆腔顶壁
周围有大量的脂肪包绕
它也有直肠壶腹
关于猪肠道的结构就讲到这里
好接下来
我们再比较一下犬的肠道结构
首先学习犬的小肠
它第一段也是十二指肠
起自幽门在肝脏面形成前曲
降部沿右季肋区后行
在右肾后方 盲肠
及结肠起始部形成后曲
升部前行至胃后方
形成十二指肠空肠曲
然后移行为空肠
空肠由六到八个肠袢组成
位于肝 胃和盆腔前口之间
空肠后接回肠
回肠比较短
沿盲肠内侧向前
以回肠口开口于结肠起始处
然后是大肠
犬的大肠它没有纵肌带
也不形成肠带
管径比较小
第一段是盲肠
弯曲呈一个螺旋状
后方盲端稍微尖一点
前以盲接口与结肠相通
位于正中矢面
与腹腔右侧壁间的中间区域
结肠呈一个U形袢
分为升结肠 横结肠和降结肠
降结肠入盆腔后延续为直肠
形成直肠壶腹
直肠后接肛门
在肛管皮区两侧有肛旁窦
内有尾肛腺 呈灰褐色
有难闻的异味
因此家里养的宠物犬要勤洗澡
否则气味难闻
