下面我们学习肾上腺
肾上腺是成对的小腺体
分别位于左右肾的
前内侧缘附近
借助肾脂肪囊与肾相连
肾上腺实质分为周围的皮质
和中央的髓质两部分
皮质占腺体大部分
主要分泌分泌盐皮质激素
糖皮质激素和雄激素
主要分泌肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素
不同动物即肾上腺的形状
也略有不同
像牛的肾上腺左右形状不一
右侧肾上腺呈心形
位于右肾前端内侧
其内侧缘与膈右脚相接触
左侧肾上腺呈肾形
位于左肾前方
后腔静脉的内侧
左侧面与瘤胃上方接触
右侧面与后腔静脉相连
马的肾上腺
左右均呈扁椭圆形或近似三角形
位于肾内侧缘稍前上方
一般右肾上腺较大
猪的肾上腺长而窄
表面有沟
位于肾内侧缘的前方
右侧肾上腺前窄后宽
外侧稍凹陷
内侧稍隆凸
左侧肾上腺前半部呈三棱形
后半部宽而薄
犬两侧肾上腺的形态位置有所不同
右肾上腺略呈菱形
位于右肾内缘前部与后腔静脉之间
左肾上腺较大
为不正的梯形
前窄后宽
背腹扁平
位于左肾前端内侧与腹主动脉之间
皮质部呈黄褐色
髓质部为深褐色
