今天我们来学习家禽的解剖特征
家禽的消化系统
由口 咽 食管 胃 肠 泄殖腔 肛门
以及肝脏和胰腺等器官组成
我们看到的这张图片
是鸡全身内脏器官的模式图
我们首先把家禽的口腔剖开
可以看到左侧的是上颌 右侧的是下颌
家禽的口腔和咽腔是直接相通的
没有软腭 也没有唇 齿和颊
它们在功能上被硬的角质喙所替代
其结构特征因家禽的种类而有不同
硬腭的后部及咽顶壁的中线上有一鼻后孔
向前延续为腭裂
鸡的腭裂较长 舌的活动性不大
固有肌不发达 黏膜无味觉乳头
口腔黏膜分布有味蕾
但构造简单 数量较少
嗉囊是家禽食管在胸前口处的膨大
那么像鸭和鹅是没有真正的嗉囊
但食管颈段可扩大呈纺锤形
家禽的胃分前后两部
前部为腺胃 后部为肌胃
腺胃又称为前胃 呈短的纺锤形
位于腹腔的左侧 在两肝叶之间 偏背侧
胃壁较厚 但内腔不大
黏膜表面会形成隆起的腺胃乳头
而乳头上有深层腺导管的开口
肌胃也称为肫
它是紧接腺胃之后
呈扁的圆形或者是椭圆形 质地坚韧
它位于腹腔略偏于左侧 在肝的两叶之间
肌胃的肌层非常发达
仅由环行的平滑肌构成
因其富含肌红蛋白而呈暗红色
肌胃的内层有一层厚的角质膜
它是肌胃腺的分泌物
黏膜上皮的分泌物以及脱落的上皮细胞
在酸性环境中硬化而形成 俗称为“肫皮”
它有保护胃黏膜的作用
肌胃的内腔较小 含有砂砾
因此也称为砂囊
砂砾能增加肌胃的运动
对于谷物的研磨
我们现在看到的这张图片
是鸡的腺胃和肌胃的外侧观
以及剖开的纵切面
小肠可分为十二指肠 空肠和回肠
十二指肠起始于幽门 向后延伸为肠袢
那么它的肠袢可分为降袢和升袢
那么在降袢和升袢之间夹有胰腺
在升袢末端有胰管
而且还有胆囊管和肝管
空肠中部有一小的突起
我们称之为卵黄囊蒂（憩室）
它是胚胎期卵黄囊柄的遗迹
而回肠和盲肠等长 位于两条盲肠之间
三者由腹膜构成的韧带相互连接
盲肠基部的肠壁内
分布有丰富的淋巴组织
形成盲肠扁桃体
小肠黏膜内有肠腺 但没有十二指肠腺
而且家禽无结肠
我们现在看到的是

左侧图依次显示了食管 嗉囊 腺胃 肌胃
十二指肠降袢 升袢
以及夹在其中的胰腺
十二指肠向后延续为弯弯曲曲的空肠
空肠再向后延续为回肠
以及在回肠两侧 具有盲端的盲肠
那随后盲肠和回肠
再向后延续为直肠和泄殖腔
右侧的图片
显示了小肠和大肠的放大图像
在空肠中段有卵黄囊憩室
将回盲肠与直肠结构进一步放大
可以看到
在盲肠靠近三通口处有盲肠扁桃体
那么我们再来看看
真实的鸡的消化道照片
那么它包括有食管 充满谷物的嗉囊
腺胃 肌胃 十二指肠 胰腺 空肠
卵黄囊憩室 回肠 盲肠 直肠
以及在盲肠基部隆起的盲肠扁桃体
直肠向后为泄殖腔
那么在外观上 它呈球形的囊状
它是消化道
以及泌尿生殖道
三大系统共同的通道
它向后以肛门与外界相通
泄殖腔内面的黏膜会形成黏膜褶
进一步将泄殖腔分成三个部分
前部的为粪道 相对较宽大 与直肠相接
中部的为泄殖道 最短
向前以环行褶与粪道为界
向后以半月褶与肛道为界
其顶壁有输尿管和输精管
以及输卵管的开口
在肛道背侧壁有腔上囊的开口
开口处被半月形褶所遮蔽
肛门由背侧唇和腹侧唇所围成
在肛道的壁内有括约肌和肛腺
以背侧肛腺较为明显
肛腺为黏液腺 分布有淋巴组织
我们现在看到的这张图片所显示的
是鸡的部分的内脏器官
包括有肾 肝脏 肌胃
十二指肠的降袢和升袢
以及胰腺 空肠 腔上囊和直肠
家禽的肝脏较大 位于腹腔前下部
分为左右两叶
右叶较大 具有胆囊
但对于鸽子来说 胆囊是退化掉的
胰腺位于十二指肠升袢和降袢之间
呈淡黄色或是淡红色
我们现在看到的
位于鸡心脏后方 呈暗红色的为肝脏
它是夹于十二指肠降袢和升袢之间的
是胰腺
