今天我们要学习的内容是躯干骨
躯干骨包括有脊柱 肋和胸骨三部分
首先我们来看脊柱
所谓的脊柱就是由一系列的椎骨借助于关节
软骨和
韧带连结在一起的结构
它可分为颈 胸 腰 荐 尾五段
构成家畜体的中轴
起支撑作用
这就是说脊柱是由许多椎骨连成的
椎骨按其位置分为颈椎
胸椎 腰椎 荐椎和尾椎
那么作为一个椎骨
其结构有何特点呢
我们先来看一下实物标本
各部位椎骨的形态构造虽然不同
但都具有共同的基本构造
包括有椎体 椎弓和突起三部分
椎体位于椎骨的腹侧
呈短圆柱状
它的前端凸出为椎头
后端凹陷为椎窝
椎弓是盖在椎体的背侧
呈拱状的骨板
以椎体共同围成椎孔
一个椎骨叫锥孔
所有的椎骨的椎孔连在一起
形成椎管
主要容纳脊髓
相连的椎弓形成椎间孔
是神经和血管出入椎管的通道
凸起
是从椎弓伸出 伸向背侧的
为棘突 伸向两侧的
为横突
向前或者向后为关节突
棘突和横突主要供肌肉和韧带附着
关节突各有一对以相连的椎骨成关节
刚才介绍的是椎骨的一般构造
各部位椎骨由于功能差异
其数量 形态和构造也有变化
我们首先来看一下颈椎
颈椎有七枚
其中的第一颈椎和第二颈椎形态发生显著的变化
这是第一颈椎
也称为寰椎
这是第二颈椎
也称为枢椎
这是第三到第七颈椎的实物标本
其特点是椎头和椎窝比较发达明显
所以它的运动范围大
椎体发达
关节突明显
这前关节突
后关节突
横突发达 分为前支和后支
横突的基部有横突孔
第三到第七颈椎的横突孔连在一起
形成横突管
供椎动脉通过
这就是颈椎的基本特点
这是胸椎
马的胸椎有18个
牛 羊的胸椎13
猪14或者15
犬 猫13
兔12个
胸椎的主要特点是棘突发达
两侧由以与肋骨形成的关节面
这是腰椎的实物标本
牛 马的腰椎有六个
猪 羊有六或者七个
犬 猫 兔有七个
腰椎的主要特点是横突发达
棘突也发达
这是荐椎的实物标本
牛 马的荐椎有七个
驴有六个
猪 羊 兔四个
犬 猫三个
荐椎的主要特点是
往往愈合成一块骨称为荐骨
它的棘突和横突均发达
在荐椎的前端两侧突出
形成荐骨翼
与髂骨翼成关节
第一荐椎椎体的腹侧缘前端突出
形成荐骨岬
在荐骨有明显的背侧孔
和腹侧孔
这是尾椎
尾椎的数量变化比较大
突起往往不发达
前几个尾椎有椎骨的一般构造
但椎体腹侧有腹棘
两腹棘之间形成血管沟
供尾中动脉通过
牛的血管沟特别明显
可见不同动物的椎骨数量是不一样的
但颈椎的数量是恒定的
均为七枚
肋包括肋骨和肋软骨
这是肋骨的实物标本
肋骨为弓形长骨
构成胸廓的侧壁
左右成对
其对数与胸椎数目相同
肋骨的椎骨端也就是近端
有肋骨小头和肋骨结节
分别与对应的胸椎椎体和横突成关节
相邻的椎骨间的空隙为肋间隙
肋骨的下端为肋软骨
经肋软骨与胸骨直接相接的肋骨称真肋
一般有八对
其余的肋软骨不与胸骨直接相连
而是连于前一肋软骨上的肋骨叫做假肋
肋软骨不与其他肋相接的肋骨为浮肋
最后肋骨与各假肋的肋软骨
连成弓状的结构称为肋弓
作为胸廓的后界
胸骨 这是胸骨的实物标本
胸骨位于胸底部
由六到八个胸骨片及软骨连接而成
其前端为胸骨柄
中部为胸骨体
以真肋的肋软骨相接
后端为剑状软骨
牛的胸骨较长
呈上下压扁状
无胸骨嵴
马的胸骨呈左右压扁
有发达的胸骨嵴
这就是马胸骨实物标本
由背侧胸椎两侧肋骨 肋软骨
以及腹侧的胸骨围成的结构
称为胸廓
胸廓有两个口 前口是由第一胸椎 第一对肋
和胸骨柄围成
而它的后口是由最后胸椎 肋弓
和剑状软骨围成
胸廓的作用是保护内脏器官
