重要的器官 舌
舌占据了口腔底的大部分
主要由骨骼肌构成
表面覆以黏膜
除此之外在口腔底壁上
还有一对乳头
称为舌下肉阜
为下颌腺管
和单口舌下腺的开口处
但是猪是没有舌下肉阜的
舌的运动十分灵活
它参与采食 吸吮
协助咀嚼和吞咽食物
并有感受味觉的功能
舌可分为舌根 舌体和舌尖
舌根它其实就是腭舌弓以后
附着于舌骨的部分
舌体是位于两侧臼齿之间
附着于口腔底
在背面和侧面是游离的
舌尖是舌前端的游离部分
间隙活动性也很大
在舌尖与舌底交界处的腹侧
有两条与口腔相连的黏膜褶
称为舌系带
牛羊的舌宽厚有力
是采食的主要器官
在舌体的背后部
有一椭圆形的隆起
称舌圆枕
在舌的表面是被覆黏膜的
它的上皮为复层的扁平上皮
角质化程度很高
形成许多形态和大小不同的舌乳头
牛羊的舌乳头有五种
在舌背黏膜的前部
布满大量高度角质化
尖端向后的丝状乳头
在舌圆枕分布有
钝圆锥形的锥状乳头
和圆而扁平的豆状乳头
其中丝状乳头 锥状乳头和豆状乳头
数量是最多的
它不含有味蕾
仅起机械的作用
另外在舌尖和舌的侧缘
分布有大头针帽状的菌状乳头
在舌圆枕两旁还分布有
大小不等的轮廓乳头
轮廓乳头是不突出于黏膜表面的
它的周围有一个环状沟
这两种乳头的上皮中均含有味蕾
为味觉感受器
在舌根背侧和舌会厌褶两侧的黏膜内
还含有大量的淋巴组织
构成舌扁桃体
此外在舌黏膜内还有舌腺
分泌粘液
以许多小管开口于舌黏膜表面
马的舌较长
舌尖扁平 舌体较大
在舌黏膜表面也有多种乳头
除了丝状乳头
轮廓乳头 菌状乳头外
还有叶状乳头
丝状乳头是起机械作用的
轮廓乳头 菌状乳头
和叶状乳头是味觉乳头
猪的舌窄而长 舌尖薄
舌乳头与马的相似
在舌根处含有长而软的锥状乳头
犬的舌后部厚
前部宽而薄 灵活
有明显的舌背正中沟
在舌背侧的舌黏膜上有丝状乳头
在舌根处有圆锥状乳头
舌背侧的前部及两侧舌黏膜
有菌状乳头
在舌背后部两侧
通常含有四到六个轮廓乳头
腭舌弓的前方有较小的叶状乳头

口腔后接咽
它是消化管和呼吸道的共同通道
位于口腔和鼻腔的后方
喉和食管的上方
可以分为鼻咽部
口咽部和喉咽部
鼻咽部由软腭的背侧
为鼻腔向后的延续
也通鼻腔
这里有咽鼓管的咽口开口处
口咽部位于软腭与舌之间
与口腔相通
通喉咽部
喉咽部是通喉和气管的
大家看这三张图片
分别用不同的颜色标注了
鼻咽部 喉咽部和口咽部
在此部位它有七个通口
与五个部位是相通的
因此非常重要
我们有个成语叫咽喉要道
其实在我们动物身体上也适用
这七个口包括两个鼻后孔
两个咽鼓管的咽口和一个咽口
一个食管口 一个喉口
咽向后与食管相连
食管是连于咽和胃之间的肌质管道
主要功能是运送食物进入胃
它的走行在三个部位
颈段 胸段和腹段
其中在颈部
是起于喉和气管的背侧
至颈的中部会逐渐偏至气管左侧
到胸腔前口处则位于
气管左方的背外侧
从胸腔入口处进入胸部
转至气管的背侧
行于胸腔的纵隔内
经过心肌
越过主动脉弓右侧
在胸主动脉下方向后行
直至膈的食管裂孔
食管经过膈肌的食管裂孔
进入腹部 很短
向后经肝的食管压迹
以贲门开口于胃
