下面我们学习肝
肝是体内最大的腺体
功能复杂
具有分泌胆汁
合成体内重要物质
贮存糖原 维生素和铁等
形成尿素
解毒以及参与形成
体内防卫体系等重要的作用
在胎儿时期
肝还是造血的器官
可制造红细胞 白细胞等
首先学习一下牛 羊的肝
牛羊的肝脏扁而厚
略呈长方形
质地坚实而脆 略有弹性
在幼龄和营养良好的个体
呈淡褐色
老龄或消瘦的个体会呈深红褐色
肝的前面是隆凸的 为膈面
与膈肌相邻
后面凹陷 为脏面
与网胃 瓣胃 皱胃
十二指肠和胰腺相接触
并形成相应器官的压迹
在脏面还有门静脉 肝动脉 神经
淋巴管和肝管出入
此处称为肝门
牛羊的肝因无叶间切迹
故分叶是不明显的
但是也可由胆囊和圆韧带切迹
将肝分为左 中 右三叶
其中中叶又以肝门分为
右侧的方叶和左侧的尾叶
尾叶有覆盖于肝门上的乳头突
和突出于肝背侧的尾状突
尾状突发达
与肝右叶的背侧缘
形成深的肾压迹
容纳右肾的前端
肝的表面有很多韧带固定
例如在右叶背侧缘
以右三角韧带连接于
右腹壁的背外侧
在左侧有左三角韧带
将肝左缘连于膈的食管裂孔处
还有冠状韧带将肝与膈相连
可分为左 右冠状韧带
圆韧带它是脐静脉的遗迹
成年后多退化消失
镰状韧带是很薄的浆膜褶
将肝连于膈的中心腱上
此韧带随年龄的增长而逐渐萎缩
大家还注意到
牛羊肝的脏面
具有一个梨状的胆囊
羊的比较细长
胆囊它有胆囊底 胆囊体
和胆囊颈三个部分
肝管出肝门后
会以锐角与胆囊管汇合
形成较粗的胆总管
开口于十二指肠上
但是羊的胆总管
与胰管汇合成一条总管
开口于十二指肠内
下面我们再来比较一下马的肝脏
马的肝脏较扁
颜色呈棕红色
马肝分叶很明显
在肝的腹侧缘有两个叶间切迹
将肝分为左叶 中叶和右叶
中叶被肝门分为背侧的尾叶
和腹侧的方叶
尾叶向右侧的突出部分
称为尾状突
左叶的内侧还分出一个不明显的左内叶
需要注意的是
左叶间切迹内有圆韧带
右叶间切迹处是没有胆囊的
因为没有胆囊
所以胆汁会经过肝总管
直接注入十二指肠内
肝总管在肝门的腹侧部
由左右肝管汇合而成
开口于肝胰壶腹
也就是十二指肠憩室
下面我们再来比较猪的肝
猪肝分叶很明显
腹侧缘有三条较深的叶间切迹
将肝分为左叶 左内叶
右内叶和右叶
中叶包括位于
肝门和胆囊之间的方叶
及肝门上方的尾叶和尾状突
胆囊就位于右内叶脏面胆囊窝内
胆囊管与肝管汇合成胆总管
开口于十二指肠憩室内
由于猪肝小叶间结缔组织很发达
所以在肝的表面肉眼
即可见到明显的肝小叶
下面我们再来比较一下犬的肝脏
犬的肝脏较大
分叶更为明显
由左内叶 左外叶 右内叶
右外叶 方叶和尾状叶
尾状叶除尾状突外
还有明显的乳头突

现在我们学习消化腺 胰
胰分外泌部和内分泌部
外分泌部占腺体的大部分
它属于消化腺
含有多种酶
分泌的酶由胰管排入十二指肠
参与消化作用
内分泌部称胰岛
对糖代谢起重要调节作用
首先看一下牛羊的胰
它位于动物体内
右季肋部和腰部肝门的正后方
形状为不正的四边形
呈黄褐色
柔软而具有小叶结构
可分为胰体 左叶和右叶三部分
它的右叶发达而较长
左叶较宽 呈小的四边形
胰体位于肝的脏面
其背侧面会形成胰环或称胰切迹
肝的门静脉就由此通过
其分泌的消化液
通过胰管排入十二指肠
牛的胰管只有一条
属于副胰管
自胰的右叶末端走出
在胆总管开口处之后
开口于十二指肠降部
少数的个体
胰的左叶还有一条小的主胰管
简称胰管
从胰体走出而开口于胆总管
再进入十二指肠
羊的胰管它就属于主胰管
从胰体走出
与胆总管汇合成总管
再进入十二指肠内
下面我们再来学习马的胰脏
它位于胃及十二指肠之间
呈淡粉红色
呈不正的三角形
胰分为中叶 左叶和右叶
或者是胰头和胰尾
胰管从胰头穿出后
与肝管一起开口于十二指肠憩室
它还有副胰管
开口于胰管开口对面的肠粘膜上
下面我们再来看猪的胰
它略呈三角形
分胰头和左右两个叶
胰管从末端通入十二指肠
接下来我们再来观察犬的胰脏
它呈一个V形
左右叶均狭长
两叶在幽门后方呈锐角连接
连接处为胰体
胰管与胆总管
共同开口于十二指肠
副胰管较粗
开口于胰管的后方
