这节课要讲的内容是
外周淋巴器官
前面我们讲到
外周淋巴器官又称次级淋巴器官
它包括有脾 淋巴结 扁桃体和血淋巴结
脾是动物体内最大的淋巴器官
位于腹前部 胃的左侧
脾的实质为脾髓
分白髓和红髓
白髓呈灰白色
由淋巴细胞聚集而成
红髓位于白髓周围
是富含血管的弥散淋巴组织
脾可产生淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞
参与机体免疫活动
同时脾还具有
造血 灭血 滤血 贮血等功能
各种动物的脾 形态各异
牛的脾呈长而扁的椭圆形
蓝紫色 质较硬 位于瘤胃背囊左前方
上端与最后2个肋骨的椎骨端相对
下端一般与第8、9肋骨下1/3相对
羊的脾为扁平略呈钝三角形
红紫色 质软 位于瘤胃左侧
猪脾窄而长 呈紫红色 质软
以胃脾韧带与胃大弯相连
上端较宽
与最后3个肋骨椎骨端相对
下端较窄
位于脐区靠近腹底壁
马的脾 扁平 镰刀形
蓝红或铁青色
位于胃大弯左侧
上端宽
与最后2、3肋骨椎骨端
和第1腰椎相对
下端窄
约与第10、11肋骨下1/3相对
淋巴结的大小不一
直径从一毫米到几厘米不等
形状多样
有球形 卵圆形 肾形和扁平形等
淋巴结颜色差异较大
在活体呈粉红色或微红褐色
在尸体则呈不同程度的灰白色
并略带黄色
在牛 羊身上
有的淋巴结呈
扩散性黑色或者褐色的色素沉积
淋巴结的数量较多
是位于淋巴管径路上的
唯一的淋巴器官
在机体每一个较大器官或局部
均有一个主要的淋巴结群
淋巴结的主要功能是产生淋巴细胞
过滤淋巴
清除侵入体内的细菌和异物
参与免疫反应
是机体重要的防卫器官
同时 又是造血器官
当局部淋巴结肿大
常反映其汇流区域有病变
尤其是畜体主要浅在淋巴结
对于临床诊断和兽医公共卫生检疫
有重要意义
临床上常用的浅在淋巴结有
下颌淋巴结 腮腺淋巴结
颈浅淋巴结 又称肩前淋巴结
髂下淋巴结 又称股前淋巴结
和腹股沟浅淋巴结
在哺乳动物
一个淋巴结或淋巴结群
常位于身体的同一部位
并汇集几乎相同区域的淋巴
这个淋巴结或淋巴结群
就是该区域的淋巴中心
偶蹄类家畜全身有十八个个淋巴中心
而单蹄类动物有十九个淋巴中心
淋巴中心和淋巴结的命名
主要根据其所在部位或引流区域
全身的淋巴中心可分属于七个部位
即头部 颈部 前肢 胸腔
腹腔 腹壁 骨盆壁和后肢
头部有三个淋巴中心
包括下颌淋巴中心
腮腺淋巴中心和咽后淋巴中心
其中下颌淋巴结
是兽医卫生检疫和兽医临床诊断
所检查的重要淋巴结
颈部淋巴中心有两个
即颈浅淋巴中心和颈深淋巴中心
其中颈浅淋巴结
也是兽医卫生检疫和兽医临床诊断
所要检查的重要淋巴结
前肢仅有一个腋淋巴中心
有腋淋巴结
胸腔内有4个淋巴中心
即胸背侧淋巴中心 胸腹侧淋巴中心
纵隔淋巴中心和支气管淋巴中心
腹腔内脏淋巴中心有三个
即腹腔淋巴中心
肠系膜前淋巴中心
和肠系膜后淋巴中心
腹壁和骨盆壁有四个淋巴中心
即腰淋巴中心 荐髂淋巴中心
腹股沟股淋巴中心和坐骨淋巴中心
其中腹股沟浅淋巴结和髂下淋巴结
是兽医卫生检疫和兽医临床诊断
所检查的重要淋巴结
腹股沟浅淋巴结在公畜位于阴茎背侧
又称阴囊淋巴结
在母畜位于乳房的后上方
又称乳房淋巴结
后肢淋巴中心
有腘淋巴中心和髂股淋巴中心
淋巴器官还有扁桃体和血淋巴结
扁桃体位于舌 软腭和咽的黏膜下组织内
形状和大小因动物物种而不同
仅有输出管
注入附近的淋巴结
没有输入管
血淋巴结一般呈圆形或卵圆形
紫红色 充满血液
位于血循环通路上
有滤血的作用
血淋巴结多见于牛羊
灵长类和马属动物也有分布
