皮肤腺由表皮陷入真皮内形成
它包括有乳腺 汗腺和皮脂腺
这里我们重点介绍乳腺
乳腺为复管泡状腺
是哺乳动物所特有的器官
在雌性动物和雄性动物虽有乳腺
但只有雌性的能充分发育
并具有泌乳能力
雌性动物的乳腺均形成较发达的乳房
不同家畜的乳房的数量是不同的
其位置也有差异
例如猪和犬的乳房
成对排列于腹白线两侧
牛 马和羊的乳房位于耻骨下腹壁
那么这些动物它的乳腺结构
又有什么样的差异
牛乳房位于两个股部之间
呈倒置的圆锥状
表面有乳房纵沟及横沟
乳房纵沟将乳房分为左右两部分
而乳房横沟将乳房又分为前后两部分
因此牛有四个乳房
乳房的最外面是薄而柔软的皮肤
其深面为一层浅筋膜和一层深筋膜
深筋膜的结缔组织伸入乳腺实质
形成乳腺的间质
将腺实质分隔成许多腺叶和腺小叶
乳腺实质由分泌部和导管部组成
分泌部包括腺泡和分泌小管
其周围有丰富的毛细血管网
导管部由许多小的输乳管
汇集成较大的输乳管
而较大的输乳管再汇合成乳道
开口于乳头上方的乳池
乳池为不规则的腔体
经乳头管向外开口
在畜牧生产中
我们常观察在牛乳房与阴门裂之间
呈线状毛流的皮肤纵褶
我们称之为乳镜
如果乳镜结构明显
说明该奶牛可以留作种用
我们现在看到的这张图

乳房悬韧带将乳房分为左右两部分
每一部分均含有腺泡和分泌小管
腺泡外周的肌上皮细胞
可促进腺泡中乳汁合成和分泌
分泌的乳汁经导管部的小输乳管
大输乳管 乳道 乳池和乳头管将乳汁排出
这张图片所显示的是牛乳腺组织
在低倍镜和高倍镜下的组织学结构
低倍镜下我们可看到结缔组织
将乳腺分为很多的乳腺小叶
小叶内含有多个腺泡
而在高倍镜下我们可观察到腺泡和输乳管
乳房的血液供应
主要来自于胸廓内动脉的分支
腹壁前浅动脉乳房支
为胸部和腹前部乳房提供血供
阴部外动脉的腹壁后浅动脉乳房支
为腹后部和腹股沟部的乳房提供血供
而乳房的静脉血回流
则通过其同名的静脉返回到
胸廓内静脉和阴部外静脉
乳房基部有乳房淋巴结
我们也称之为腹股沟浅淋巴结
它主要收集
腹后部和腹股沟部乳房的淋巴
胸部和腹前部乳房的淋巴
则回流到腋淋巴结
同时乳腺也接受感觉神经 交感神经
和副交感神经的支配
主要有肋间皮神经 髂腹下神经
髂腹股沟神经 生殖股神经和阴部皮神经
