李堃现为北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院副教授。他在南京大学获得金融学学士学位，在美国理海大学(Lehigh)获得经济学、卫生与生物医药经济学双硕士学位，在美国伊利诺伊理工大学（IIT）获金融学博士学位。2016年入选中共北京市委组织部“北京市优秀人才培养资助”项目。 教学方面，获得2020年北京师范大学“彭年杰出青年教师奖”；2019年北京市第十一届青年教师教学基本功比赛二等奖；2018年北京师范大学第十六届青年教师教学基本功比赛一等奖、最佳教态奖；2017北京师范大学多媒体教学设计比赛三等奖；北京师范大学优秀辅导员、优秀新生导师（3次）。2016年至今所讲授课程入选北京师范大学本科教改示范课程（2门）、北京师范大学“课程思政建设优秀课程”、教育部中央高校教育教学改革专项项目、北京师范大学优质英文课程建设项目、北京师范大学教学建设与改革项目，北京师范大学教师发展基金“教学创新与改革”研究项目（3次）。 研究领域包括高频金融、金融市场微观结构、金融学大数据，应用微观经济学和能源经济。主持国家自然科学基金项目等。研究成果发表于Singapore Economic Review, Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Behavioral Finance等国际学术期刊。
