今天我们要讲的内容是骨连结的概述
骨连结是指骨与骨之间借纤维结缔组织
软骨或骨组织的连结
畜体全身骨就是靠骨连接形成骨骼支架
我们首先来看一下骨连结的类型
根据骨间连结及其运动形式不同
可分为直接连结和间接连结两大类
直接连接是由结缔组织
软骨或骨直接相连
无腔隙
不活动或有少许活动
具有保护和支持作用
由于骨连结间组织的不同
直接连结可分为纤维连结和软骨连结
首先我们来看一下纤维连接
纤维连结是指两骨间
借纤维结缔组织相连
连结牢固
无活动性
又称不动连结
包括缝和韧带连结两种方式
如头骨之间的缝
椎弓间的黄韧带
以及桡骨与尺骨间的韧带连结
纤维连结常随年龄的增长而骨化
成为骨性连结
不再具有活动性
软骨连结是指两骨间借软骨组织相连
具有弹性和韧性
能微量活动故又称微动连结
软骨连结包括两种形式
一种是透明软骨连结
如长骨的骨干与骺之间的连结
这种连结一般为暂时性的
随着年龄增长逐渐骨化
成为骨性连结
另一种是纤维软骨连结
如椎体间的椎间盘和骨盆联合等
这种连结在正常情况下一般不骨化
骨连接的第二种类型是间接连接
又称滑膜连接简称关节
是骨连结的最高分化形式
也是骨连结中较普遍的一种形式
其特点是骨与骨之间
由结缔组织构成的关节囊相连
不直接相连
其间有腔隙
周围有滑膜包围
活动度较大
如四肢的关节
关节的结构包括基本结构和辅助结构两部分
关节的基本结构
是指畜体内任何关节均具备的结构
它包括有关节面及关节软骨
关节囊
关节腔
血管神经与淋巴管等
我们首先来看一下关节面和关节软骨
关节面是组成关节的骨与骨相对的光滑面
形状多样
但大多一凹一凸
主要是适应关节的运动
关节面均覆盖有一层光滑的透明软骨
称关节软骨
富有弹性
具有减少摩擦和缓冲外力冲击的作用
关节囊为由结缔组织构成的囊
附着于关节面周缘及其附近的骨面上
关节负重较大的关节囊坚厚而紧张
比较稳固
但灵活性较差
而关节运动灵活
则关节囊薄而疏松
关节囊壁由外层的纤维层
和内层的滑膜层构成
其中纤维膜由致密结缔组织构成
厚而坚韧
起保护作用
滑膜层由疏松结缔组织构成
薄而柔软光滑
与关节软骨围成密闭的关节腔
滑膜具有丰富的毛细血管网
能分泌滑液到腔内
起润滑关节
缓冲震动
并营养关节软骨和排出代谢产物
关节腔是由关节软骨
与滑膜层围成的密闭腔隙
腔内含少量滑液
可减少关节运动的摩擦
关节腔内为负压
这对关节的运动
和维持关节的稳定性起一定作用
血管
淋巴管及神经
关节囊各层均有丰富的血管
神经和淋巴管网分布
关节的结构除了基本结构外
多数关节还具有辅助结构
这主要是部分关节为适应
特殊功能而形成的一些结构
关节辅助结构主要包括韧带
关节盘和关节唇等
我们先看一下韧带
韧带见于多数关节
是由致密纤维结缔组织束构成
可增强关节的稳固性
并可限定关节的运动
韧带有位于关节囊之外的囊外韧带
和位于关节囊壁的
纤维层与滑膜层之间的囊内韧带
如髋关节的圆韧带
关节盘是指位于两关节面之间的
纤维软骨板或致密结缔组织
有扩大关节运动范围和缓冲震动的作用
关节盘多呈圆盘形
如椎体间的椎间盘
但膝关节中的关节盘呈半月形
称半月板
关节唇是指附着于
关节窝周缘的纤维性软骨
具有加深关节窝
扩大关节面
增强关节稳固性的作用
如髋臼周缘的缘软骨
关节的运动形式与关节面的形状
以及韧带的分布有密切的关系
关节的运动一般分为4种形式
第一种是滑动
第二种是屈与伸运动
第三种内收和外展运动
第四种旋转
我们接着来看关节的类型
根据构成关节的骨的数目分类
可以分为单关节和复关节
如果根据关节运动轴的多少
我们可以把关节分为单轴关节
双轴关节和多轴关节三类
全身的主要关节包括有头部躯干部
前肢和后肢的关节
我们将在后面的内容进行讲解
