这节课要讲的内容是
淋巴系统的组成 淋巴管道与淋巴组织
大家对免疫并不陌生
我们知道注射疫苗
可帮助机体抵抗某种病原的入侵
那么这种功能的结构基础是什么呢
其实就是我们这一节要讲的淋巴系统
淋巴系统又称免疫系统
是由淋巴管道 淋巴组织
淋巴器官和淋巴组成
其中淋巴管道是起始于组织间隙
最后注入静脉的管道系统
淋巴组织为含有大量淋巴细胞的网状组织
包括弥散淋巴组织 淋巴弧结和集结
由被膜包裹淋巴组织
即形成淋巴器官
如淋巴结 脾等
淋巴组织或器官可产生淋巴细胞
参与免疫活动
因而淋巴系统是机体内
主要的防卫系统
此外 淋巴系统的免疫活动
还协同神经及内分泌系统
参与机体神经体液调节
形成神经-内分泌-免疫网络
共同维持代谢平衡
生长发育和繁殖等
由此可见
淋巴系统与心血管系统
有着密切的联系
血液经动脉输送到毛细血管时
其中一部分液体
经毛细血管动脉端滤出
进入组织间隙形成组织液
组织液与周围组织细胞
进行物质交换后
大部分渗入毛细血管静脉端
少部分则渗入毛细淋巴管
形成淋巴
淋巴是无色透明或微黄色的液体
由淋巴浆和淋巴细胞组成
淋巴在淋巴管内向心流动
最后经淋巴导管注入前腔静脉
形成淋巴循环
以协助体液回流
因此 淋巴循环可看作是
血液循环的辅助部分
同时 在淋巴管的通路上
有许多淋巴结
有利于发挥防卫机能的作用
刚才我们讲了
淋巴系统是由淋巴管道
淋巴组织 淋巴器官和淋巴组成
淋巴管道为淋巴液通过的管道
根据汇集顺序 管径大小和管壁厚薄
可分为毛细淋巴管 淋巴管
淋巴干和淋巴导管
其中 毛细淋巴管的结构
与毛细血管相似
其特点是以盲端起始于组织间隙
起始部稍膨大 管径较大
管壁只有一层内皮细胞 无基膜
细胞之间裂隙多而宽
因此 通透性比毛细血管大
一些不能通过毛细血管壁的大分子物质
如蛋白质 细菌 异物等
可透过毛细淋巴管
这样有利于发挥防卫功能
但小肠绒毛内的毛细淋巴管
常为1～2条较直小管
因收集小肠吸收的脂肪微粒
而使淋巴呈乳色
故称乳糜管
淋巴管由毛细淋巴管汇集而成
其形态结构与静脉相似
但管壁较薄 管径较细 瓣膜更多
故管腔粗细不均
常呈串珠状
在淋巴管的行程中
通常有通过一个或者多个淋巴结
根据淋巴液对淋巴结的流向
淋巴管可分为输入淋巴管和输出淋巴管
输入淋巴管较多
可从淋巴结的整个表面进入淋巴结
输出淋巴管较少
从淋巴结门出淋巴结
淋巴干为身体一个区域内
较大的淋巴集合管
由淋巴管汇集而成
多与大血管伴行
主要淋巴干有
气管淋巴干 腰淋巴干
肠淋巴干和腹腔淋巴干
淋巴导管为全身最大的淋巴集合管
由淋巴干汇集而成
包括胸导管和右淋巴导管
胸导管为全身最大的淋巴管道
起始部称乳糜池
经膈的主动脉裂孔入胸腔
在胸腔前口处注入前腔静脉
收集胸壁 心脏左侧 左肺的淋巴
乳糜池是胸导管的起始部
位于腹主动脉和右膈脚之间
即最后胸椎和前3枚腰椎腹侧
呈长梭形膨大
注入乳糜池的有
左右腰淋巴干和腹腔淋巴干
右淋巴导管又称右胸导管
短而粗 为右侧气管干的延续
收集右侧头颈 右前肢 右肺
心脏右半部以及右侧胸下壁的淋巴
末端注入前腔静脉
淋巴组织是富含淋巴细胞的网状组织
即在网状细胞的网眼中充满淋巴细胞
并含有少量的单核细 胞浆细胞
淋巴组织可因淋巴细胞的
聚集程度和方式的不同
分为弥散淋巴组织和淋巴小结
