这节课要讲的内容是神经系统概述
神经系统是动物体
起主导作用的调节机构
在内分泌 免疫和感觉器官的配合下
通过对各种刺激的应答反应
调节和协调环境与机体
体内各个器官系统之间的关系
动物体的运动与平衡
内脏的活动 血液的分布 代谢产物的排放等
均受神经系统的控制和调节
所以对神经系统的研究
自古以来一直备受关注
例如早期加尔医生的颅相算命
就是关于对脑的早期研究
又如有关是不是脑袋越大越聪明的争论
也属于对脑的早期研究
现在对神经系统的研究越来越深入
如2014年有三位科学家发现了
负责大脑定位系统的细胞
即大脑中的GPS获诺贝尔奖生理医学奖
又如二零一七年又有三位科学家
因为生物节律的分子机制方面的研究
获诺贝尔奖生理医学奖
但要研究神经系统
首先要了解其基本结构
神经系统的基本结构是以神经组织
神经组织由神经细胞
和神经胶质细胞构成
神经细胞是神经系统的构造
与功能的基本单位也称为神经元
神经胶质细胞是神经系统的辅助成分
简称神经胶质
神经元的结构包括由胞体和突起两部分
胞体由细胞核 细胞质和细胞膜组成
其结构特点是胞质中的尼氏体
和神经元纤维特别发达
突起由细胞体发出
可分为树突和轴突两种
树突有一个至多个
自胞体发出后可以反复分支逐渐变细
除了个别神经元外
所有神经元都有一条
细而均匀 表面光滑的轴突
轴突的起始部稍凸称为轴丘
其内无尼氏体分布
神经元的分类方式有多种
根据神经元突起的多寡可分为三类
包括多极神经元
有一个轴突和多个树突
双极神经元
有一条轴突和一条树突
假单极神经元只有一个突起 但很短
随之分为一条中枢突和一条外周突
其中枢突相当于轴突 连于中枢神经
外周突相当于树突 至外周感受器
根据神经元功能和神经冲动传导方向
又可分为感觉神经元 又称传入神经元
它将内外环境的刺激
由周围传向中枢神经
属于假单极或双极神经元
运动神经元 又称传出神经元
它将中枢的冲动传向
骨骼肌 心肌 平滑肌或腺体
属多极神经元
联络神经元又称中间神经元
位于脑或脊髓中 属多极神经元
神经胶质细胞的功能
是对神经元起着支持
营养 保护 修复和形成髓鞘的作用
神经胶质细胞内无尼氏体和神经元纤维
细胞核染色深
根据形态和分布的差异
神经胶质细胞可分为
位于中枢神经系统内的
星形胶质细胞 小胶质细胞
少突胶质细胞和室管膜细胞
位于外周神经系统内的
雪旺氏细胞和卫星细胞
神经系统由位于颅腔和
椎管中的脑和脊髓
以及与脑和脊髓相连
并分布于全身各处的周围神经所组成
神经系统是一个不可分割的整体
为了学习的方便 按照其结构和机能
可分为中枢神经系统和周围神经系统
中枢神经系统包括脑和脊髓
周围神经系统是指
脑和脊髓以外的神经成分
它一端与脑或脊髓相连
另一端通过各种末梢装置
与全身各器官系统相联系
在周围神经系统中分布于
骨 关节 骨骼肌 皮肤及其衍生物
和感觉器官的神经称躯体神经
包括与脑相连的脑神经
与同脊髓相连的脊神经
分布于内脏 血管平滑肌
心肌及腺体的神经
称植物性神经或自主神经
植物性神经又分为
交感神经和副交感神经
