今天我们来谈谈碗筷
西方人非常讲究用餐礼仪
他们注重吃东西的顺序
就连盘子和餐具的摆放都非常讲究
中国人在餐桌上要随意得多
他们只用碗、筷子和勺子
就像西方人说的“少即是多”
中国传统餐具既简单又精致
把吃饭作为“生活艺术”的一部分
我们可以从餐具开始
中国是一个古老的农业国家
早在新石器时代
人们就已经开始用碗吃饭了
碗是当代中国的一种日常必需品
起源于新石器时代的泥碗和陶碗
在形状上与古碗大致相同
经过几千年的发展
制碗的材料 工艺和装饰方法都得到了进步
最早的碗是陶制的
只需要600到700度的温度就可以烧制成型
到了汉代
碗有了多种用途
盛饭 盛汤 盛菜 装茶和酒等
它的新的主要功能是充当祭祀用具
现藏于德化陶瓷博物馆的最早的碗
是唐代时盛行的一种白瓷碗
明代的碗多采用源自唐代长沙窑的花纹装饰
这种装饰纹样在明朝很是盛行
最常用的餐具是碗
是白底蓝纹的碗
清代瓷碗各方面都超过了以往的瓷碗
工艺精湛,造型、釉色、图案丰富多样
许多材料 如陶瓷
木头 玉石 玻璃 金属都是制作碗的良材
各种制作精美的古碗是收藏家们的最爱
与金碗 银碗 木碗相比
瓷碗更为常见和广泛使用。
大多数中国人吃饭离不开碗
因此 中国人常用“金饭碗”和“银饭碗”来形容他们的生活状况
筷子在中国饮食文化中占有重要地位
筷子起源于中国古代
外形为一对等长的小细棍
显示了中华民族特有的悠久文明
筷子是中国的传统餐具
在日本 韩国和越南也被广泛使用
但是中国人究竟何时开始使用筷子则始终是个谜
最早关于筷子的记载见于2000年前的《礼记》。
显而易见 它的原型应该是小树枝
是中国原始居民学会使用火之后用来夹起烤肉用的
过去 人们很有可能是用保温性能良好的大罐来烹煮食物
性子急的食客就折两根树枝来夹取滚烫的食物
简单地说 一双筷子就能完成餐桌上的所有功能
与西方的“挥舞刀叉”相比
筷子有一种和谐的感觉
筷子在许多民族的庆典仪式上被视为吉祥物
中国筷子通常有9到10英寸长
末端呈长方形
由于竹子价格便宜
取材方便 易于加工
抗热性强并且没有异味
这使它成为最常用的制筷材料
许多外国朋友访华时都用过筷子
尼克松在为他准备的欢迎晚宴中就使用过筷子
他一离开餐桌
一名外国外交官就收起他用过的筷子作为历史纪念品
人们并没期望外国人会熟练使用筷子
如果他们能
就会让人惊叹了
所以在去中国之前
去当地的中餐馆
即使找不到地道的中国菜
至少可以练习使用筷子
