今天我们来学习动物解剖学的第五章内容
呼吸系统
动物机体在新陈代谢过程中
需要不断地从外界环境中吸入氧气
以氧化体内的营养物质而产生能量
以满足机体各种活动的需要
同时
又不断地将体内氧化所
产生的二氧化碳等代谢产物排出体外
以维持正常的生命活动
这种气体交换的过程我们称之为呼吸
呼吸主要靠呼吸系统来实现
同时与心血管系统有着密切的联系
它包括3个环节
外呼吸
气体运输
和内呼吸
外呼吸
是指气体在肺内的肺泡
与毛细血管之间进行气体交换的过程
又称肺呼吸
气体运输
是指进入血液的氧气
或二氧化碳与血细胞结合
被运送到全身组织细胞或肺的过程
内呼吸
是指气体在血液与组织细胞之间
进行交换的过程
我们又称组织呼吸
呼吸系统包括鼻 咽 喉 气管
支气管和肺
其中鼻 咽 喉 气管
支气管是气体进出肺的通道
我们称之为呼吸道
兽医临床上
通常将鼻
咽
喉
气管称之为上呼吸道
呼吸道的特征是由骨或软骨构成支架
而围成管腔
从容保证气体出入的通畅
而肺是进行气体交换的场所
主要由肺内各级支气管和肺泡构成
总面积相对较大
有利于气体交换
胸膜和纵隔是呼吸系统的辅助装置
我们先来看一张图片
这张图片是马的整个呼吸系统的模式图
它包括鼻
咽
喉
气管
和肺
气管进入肺之前会分出2个支气管
那么呼吸系统的第一个器官
是鼻
鼻位于面部中央
既是气体出入肺的通道
又是嗅觉器官
它包括鼻腔和鼻旁窦
鼻腔是呼吸道的起始部
呈长圆筒状
位于面部的上半部
由面骨构成骨性支架
其内部衬有黏膜
在它的前端经鼻孔与外界相通
后端经鼻后孔与咽相通
鼻腔的正中有鼻中隔
将其分为左右两个腔
每个鼻腔又包括鼻孔
鼻前庭和固有鼻腔3部分
我们先看几张图片
这是不同动物的鼻孔照片
可以发现
不同动物的鼻孔形态是不一样的
像牛
牛的鼻孔较小
呈不规则的椭圆形
位于鼻唇镜的两侧
马的鼻孔较大
呈逗点状
而猪的鼻孔小
呈卵圆形
位于吻突前端
鼻孔为鼻腔的入口
是由内侧和外侧的鼻翼围成
而每一侧的鼻翼由鼻翼软骨
肌肉和皮肤组成
有一定的弹性和活动性
像牛和猪的鼻翼比较厚
不灵活
马的鼻翼较薄
活动相对较灵活
鼻孔向后即为鼻前庭
鼻前庭是鼻腔前部被覆皮肤的部分
相当于内外侧鼻翼所围成的空间
表面有色素沉着
并生有短毛
马鼻前庭背侧皮下有一盲囊
向后达鼻颌切迹
为鼻憩室
我们也可以称之为鼻盲囊
在鼻前庭的外侧
靠近鼻黏膜的皮肤上有鼻泪管口
像牛 羊 猪以及犬是没有鼻憩室的
鼻泪管口位于鼻前庭的侧壁
或下鼻道的后部
鼻前庭的后方为固有鼻腔
其内表面衬有黏膜
每侧鼻腔的侧壁上附着有
上下两个纵行排列的鼻甲
鼻甲由鼻甲骨被覆黏膜所构成
同时
鼻甲将鼻腔分为
上 中 下3个鼻道
上鼻道较窄
位于鼻腔顶壁与上鼻甲之间
其后为嗅觉的嗅区
我们也称为嗅道
中鼻道在上下鼻甲之间
与鼻旁窦相通
也称为窦道
下鼻道最宽
位于下鼻甲与鼻腔底壁之间
直接经鼻后孔与咽相通
我们也称为呼吸道
上下鼻甲
与鼻中隔之间的间隙为总鼻道
它是将上 中 下三个鼻道共同连通起来
我们知道
鼻黏膜除了被覆于鼻甲表面
还内衬于固有鼻腔
因其结构和功能的不同
可分为呼吸区和嗅区两部分
呼吸区位于鼻前庭和嗅区之间
在上下鼻甲所占的部分较大
颜色上呈粉红色
由黏膜上皮和固有膜组成
含有丰富的血管和腺体
可温暖
湿润和净化吸入的空气
嗅区位于呼吸区之后
中鼻甲所在的部分
其黏膜的颜色随家畜种类而有不同
中鼻道与鼻旁窦相通
在运动系统中
我们曾讲过鼻旁窦
那么我们回顾一下前面的内容
鼻旁窦为鼻腔周围头骨内的含气腔洞
直接或间接与鼻腔相通
包括上颌窦
额窦
蝶腭窦和筛窦
它们具有减轻头骨重量
温暖湿润吸入的空气并对发声起共鸣的作用
下面我们再看看咽
咽的结构已在消化系统中讲过
那我们来回顾一下
它是由7个通口
并与5个部位相通
包括2个鼻后孔通鼻腔
1个咽口与咽想通
1个喉口与喉相通
1个食管口与食管相通
还包括2个咽鼓管咽口与中耳相通
在结构上
咽分为鼻咽部
口咽部和喉咽部三个部分
那么我们再来看看喉
喉是空气出入肺的重要通道
同时也是发声器官
位于下颌间隙后部
头颈交界处的腹侧
在喉的前端以喉口与咽相通
后端以喉后口与气管相通
那么喉由软骨
肌肉和韧带构成
喉软骨包括不成对的会厌软骨1个
甲状软骨1个
环状软骨1个以及成对的杓状软骨
那么在犬
还有楔状软骨
会厌软骨位于喉的前部
呈叶片状
表面被覆黏膜
合称会厌
具有一定的弹性和韧性
当动物在吞咽时
会厌向后翻转关闭喉口
从而防止食物误入气管
甲状软骨
是喉软骨中最大的一块
位于会厌软骨和环状软骨之间
可分为甲状软骨体
和左右甲状软骨侧板
甲状软骨体连于两侧板之间
构成喉腔的底壁
其腹侧面形成喉结
那么在活体上我们是可以触摸到这个结构的
环状软骨
位于甲状软骨之后
呈指环状
就像我们的戒指一样
它的前缘和后缘以弹性纤维
分别与甲状软骨及气管软骨相连
杓状软骨
位于环状软骨的前缘两侧
部分在甲状软骨侧板的内侧
左右各一
呈三面锥体形
其前端弯向后上方
构成喉腔背侧壁的前部
杓状软骨上部较厚
下部变薄
形成声带突
以供声韧带和声带肌附着
以上所介绍的喉软骨彼此借关节
韧带和纤维相连
构成了喉的支架
