Summary(강의 마무리)
What makes people happy? Stress comes about if you cannot cope effectively. and the social support you receive is not effective, and you evaluate the situation and event negatively. Research in many countries, including Korea show, that emotional support is important. Harmonious relationship is very important. Can money buy happiness? No. So, how can you be happy? First, what do you want to do? What makes you happy? What make you curious? Second, you have the skills to develop what you want to achieve. Third, do you have good people around you, who believe in you, who support you? These are the basis of happiness and these are the way of overcoming stress of modern life.
무엇이 사람을 행복하게 하는 것일까요? 만일 효율적으로 대처하지 못 하거나, 여러분이 받고 있는 사회적 지원이 효과적이지 못 하고, 그 상황과 사건을 부정적으로 평가한다면, 스트레스가 발생하게 됩니다. 한국을 포함한 많은 국가들이 실시했던 연구에서는 정서적 지원이 중요하다고 밝혔습니다. 화목한 관계 또한 중요합니다. 돈으로 행복을 살 수 있을까요? 살 수 없습니다. 그렇다면 여러분은 어떻게 행복해질 수 있을까요? 첫째, 무엇이 하고 싶은가요? 무엇이 여러분을 행복하게 해주나요? 무엇이 여러분의 호기심을 자극하나요? 두 번째, 여러분이 성취하기 위해 개발해야 할 기술이 있습니다. 세 번째는 여러분을 믿어주고, 지원해주는 좋은 사람들이 여러분 주위에 있나요? 이것들이 행복의 기본이며, 현대생활의 스트레스를 극복하게 해주는 방법입니다.
